The actions you can do with your hands,
raising objects uniting worldwide clans,
pointing at people with demands,
building walls inbetween the lands,
rubbing both together for the fearful plans.

Hands can touch people in a good or bad way,
hands and hear your body language instead of what you have to say.

Eyes tell us we all have different body parts,
but we all have the same beating hearts,
when we realize before it starts.

Even though the hands don't have a mind of it's own,
they can help you out so you don't drop your snowcone. :D

Nice idea--something concrete to act as a springboard for more abstract topics. Some of your lines are really vague though, and seem to be there just for the rhyme and because they sound deep. For example:
Eyes tell us we all have different body parts,
but we all have the same beating hearts,
when we realize before it starts.

Before what starts? And what's the connection between eyes, hearts and hands, other than that they're all parts of the body?
I liked the first stanza better. There you have some really good concepts/images, and they connect well to the overlying theme, but I think the need to rhyme gets in your way. I understand what is meant by
rubbing both together for the fearful plans

but it sounds awkward. Yeah, there's license for twisting the word order around in poetry, and using uncommon words is great, but you don't want it to sound forced. Maybe try as an exercise paraphrasing each line of the first stanza in normal words, not worrying about rhyme or rhythm, and see what exactly you're trying to say. Then you can play around with it a bit, decide if you want to change their order or message, leave some out and make new ones or whatever, and then work on the rhyming and put it all back together again.

As for the ending... I think I'll reserve judgement on that one.

Good luck!

I like the part where you describe what the hands can do(first stanza); a very creative expression of diversity and unity put together!

Like Sophie said, the first stanza is great. I think you could also write more about other body parts then come back and say why the 'two hands' are truly special.

Good job! I enjoyed reading it.
