I have a new obsession. It's called "Death Note" :smt003
L is my favorite since he's so strange and addicted to sweets.

My goal one day is to draw him perfectly (as you can see, I have a ways to go.) I could create a scrap book with all my attempts.
So, sorry it's kinda messy. I brushed my hand over the shading once or twice. And I didn't have a pencil sharpener. (excuses, excuses...)
If you squint your eyes, he doesn't look that bad :smt002
Don't frown, because you may never know who may be falling in love with your smile. ♥

I tried to squint....it made my eyes hurt, and all it did was make it blurry haha. Anyway this isn't that bad. He looks kind of childish in this though. I think you made his hair a little big poofier than it is in the manga (tv show whichever) His face seems a bit small, and his eyes need darker rings underneath. He has no eyebrows...why? The nose seems to straight and pointy for him. I love his clothes though. The fork and cake (so L) just seem to float in the air, he has no hands there to keep it up. Other than those things it's a very nice picture. I hope to see more from you soon. Pm me if you post up anymore.

My reality comes to a close as I once again realize that you don't love me, and even if I love you with my everything you will never care.

My first thought was that he was grumpy because his piece of cake was too small. XD

The only thing that seemed "off" to me was his chin. It looks almost crooked...? I'm also not quite sure what that thing is on top of his cake. Maybe that's why he's scowling! The shading is nice, though. Thanks for posting! :)

Hello there!

Oooo...L! The character from Death note!
I like this.
But as what Areida said, I too noticed his chin, it's not that equal. Also with the eyes, too big and the eyebrows are missing. The hair's too thick but I like the shading part also with his usual facial expression.

Keep it up!

Peace out!
