Green is the color of nature.
Green is looking out over a vast field of grass
swaying lightly in the morning breeze, thinking that it looks like ocean waves on land.
Green is starring into the wilderness and seeing the great might and majesty
of the trees that are gentle enough to support even the tiniest of life forms.
Green is peace,light,and support.
Green is the color of life.

Hmm. Nice start, I would say.

I'm no expert on poetry, so most of this might be opinion. In the third line you say "thinking that it looks like ocean waves on land." Am I thinking this, or are you personifying the grass by having it think it's waves on the land? Either way, it adds some visual description that is good. Something you can add to this line, though: usually when a big field of grass is swaying in the breeze, it makes a kind of waving whooooshnoise. Adding some details on that would definetly be a plus.

Second to last line, I think you meant to put spaces between your words. :P

Overall it was a good start. However, it didn't really help me picture what green is. I know it's nature, it is trees in the forest, it is grass...go into details! Also, what do YOU think green is? Is green happiness, energy, or excitement? I know you said that it's life, but green can also be feelings and what-not.

Keep it up!

I am not an expert on poems so I am just some random reader. Ok, I love this. I want to see more of your writing. You may want to be a bit more descriptive though. I loved the first and last lines. Here are my problems.
In the third line:
swaying lightly in the morning breeze, thinking that it looks like ocean waves on land.

If I wrote this poem I would take out "thinking that it looks" Sometimes more is less in writing.
Green is peace,light,and support.

I think you meant to do spaces between the words. :) I would skip the “and” make the words light and support both on their own lines. Like this
Green is peace,
Light,
Support.
Hope I helped
