Hey Maki-Chan! This is really good! Much better than I could ever do. Do you use some sort of computer program to make this? I'm just curious.
Now I'm not very knowledgable about art and drawing and stuff, but I noticed a few things:
1. His hands (or lack of hands). They look really awkward to me. I feel like maybe his arms are too long? Maybe part of his hands should be showing between his legs.
2. His part. The part in his hair just looks wierd. It could just be me though.
3. His eye. There is no pupil, first off (though that could be a stylistic thing that I'm not savvy on). Second, the green part seems too far to the side. But on second thought...it might not be. *shrugs*
4. The closest foot. It looks kind of strange. Just the positioning doesn't seem right. But then again, that could just be me.
Yeah. That probably wasn't really helpful, but maybe it will trigger something in your head that is actually off about it. Or you can just call me crazy. xD
See what I've circled? First off, the foot angle needs to be corrected, otherwise he's just had a bad sprain. (just like the above user suggested) The hands could be coming out in front of him, splayed on the ground, as I've drawn there (I used paint and took one minute, so excuse the lack of detail). The hair look a little weird, almost as if he was wearing a white cap. You can add some texture to it or darken the flat white areas. And finally, what do the words mean? Unless I'm mistaken and the yellow things are just scratches.
Over all, very nice, I might try GIMP in the future.

I really like the drawing; the lines are clear and sharp, and the expression on his face looks great. My only complaint is the light blue outline around the figure and the thing around him... for some reason, one top of the white background, it's just sort of painful to look at. It's too bright!
