Link Trouble

Okay so what I want to know it, how do you change a clump of www.google.com.au/hyd7ksbkf/kdfkhu0 into an actual word which fits into the sentence asked. So like a word which you can press to go to the link.

I see it many times in story books, and well it looks a lot neater...Am I making sense? So Rephrase (Cause I can't understand what I am typing); How do you turn a url into a word which will link you to the site you want, without having all the url-googely stuff?

What you have to do is click the URL button at the top of the post. You will then have this - [url][/url]

What you then have to do is put an = sign in between the second bracket and the first l.
That should look like this -

What you then have to do is paste the link after the = You will then have this -

Then put what you want to call the link in between the second bracket and the third. Then you should have this -
