The Young Puppy

The young puppy stepped into the morning sun. His bright green eyes blinked when the sunlight shone on his black muzzle. He turned back into his dark cave. He trotted towards his mother and nudged her soft, feathered wings. Her delicate snout slowy rose from its resting place. "What, who is that?" she said yawning, eyes half open. "Mother, it time to get up." the puppy whispered being cautious of his siblings who were still sleeping. "Ok, then go wake your brothers and sisters." she replyed, this time with her full attention. The pup made his way to the other side of the cave where his siblings lay. He barked a loud, sharp bark that quickly woke all the sleeping puppies. "Flame, is that you?" one of the pup's sister, Isis asked as her head rose from her sleep. "Yea, and it's time to get up." Flame replied while pushing his only brother from his sleep. "Wake up, Cactus." Unlike the others, his head shot up. His white chest blinded Flame's morning eyes.

The story was so-so. I think that you should quit writing boring stories and start writing more interesting stories. :smt021

Ummmm I guess I could sugget to my sister that she reads it....... (she's six) I liked where the story was set though

if that makes it any better??????
