Looking for beta reader-read inside.

I have been writing a modern fantasy fiction for about a year now and I would REALLY appreciate it if someone would be willing to personally give it a read and do some serious critiquing. I am on my twenty fourth chapter (about 41,000 words) and am having a bit of plot trouble, so I want someone that I could possibly throw some ideas back and forth with. I hesitate to put my unpublished manuscript out in the open because I am actually very serious about publishing later on. I need someone that I can get to know and trust, and possibly switch stories with? So if you are interested in reading fresh fantasy (especially centering on celtic folklore-the erlking, forest spirits, etc.) then I would LOVE to discuss this with you and would appreciate it SO much. I am looking for serious, tear it apart critiques because I want this story to be as perfect as I can get it.

It always makes me happy when I see other writers who are passionate and serious about their stories; these are the kinds of writers I like to work with the most!
