When will it get better?

How long do I have to wait for you to grow up?

Why do I have to carry the pain alone?

When will we be that happy couple again?

Do I really have to pretend?

Do you know that I fake it?

Why can't we just stop fighting?

When will I feel the desire to kiss you again?

Where is that fluttering?

Did you know that I'm scared?

How did we loose each other?

How did I loose myself?

Do we really belong together?

Or are we two cowards afraid to be alone?

When did I stop loving you?

When did I start hating you?

Why do I feel dead inside?

Where is that pretty, sweet girl you once saw in me?

Why can't this anger just go away?

How much harder do I have to work for this?

Should I just give up?

Why do I care about you?

Why can't I let you go?

Why can't I stop worrying about you?

What would I do without you?

What would you do without me?

Do you know that I'm scared?

Why did this happen?

Why?

I have to say this is all very cliché: there's nothing in this piece that hasn't been done and done and redone a thousand times, no images that pop out, no clever turns of phrase that would make me come back twice. There doesn't even seem to be any real progression in the line of thought, the questions overlapping seemingly at random, the few threads there are popping up here and there with no coherency save the overall, very overused theme.
If you really want to make this good, then there's quite some work to do: give us readers something to catch on, something that will give a new spin on this classic stream of interrogation, or make it deeper: make us feel what lies behind it.

Line after line of question makes each question lose its impact. I agree with Jagged, and I further think that you should take maybe two or three of those questions, and really explore it in depth. I want to see some imagery in this poem; I want to see a bit more exposition, a bit more of a picture, an action, something happening somewhere, without it sounding like it's been seen before. I KNOW this is a common theme - so take it, and break it apart for us in a new tantalising, interesting way.
