This is an incomplete drawing that I'm struggling with - could you help?

It's a picture of the seven deadly sins, going from left to right - Wrath, Envy, Gluttony, Covetousness, Lust, Sloth, Pride.

^ I have no idea how to convey 'covetousness'. Any ideas would be AMAZING.

^ Same with Pride - I tried to make her look snooty, but she just looked wistful. =|

If you have any ideas on how to draw covetousness and pride, please help!

I would like you to play up with the sins a bit more. I am also doing the sins drawings, and I'll give you some examples on how mine are turning out.

Pride: my pride girl is standing tall, one hand on her hip and the other running through her hair. The head held high part is good, but use gestures to convey your sins better.

Gluttony: looks perfect. I like her. haha

Envy: I agree with the above, wrath and envy look too much alike. Instead of looking mad, have envy sticking her head up high with mad eyebrows and her arms crossed.

Wrath: should look angrier. She should be using the cliche of 'throwing her fists back.' I want to see steam coming out of her red hears! (not really, but you get what I mean.

Lust: should not look in love, but should look seductive. You did good on her.

Sloth: she looks a bit seductive. I would make her sleeping or something. Maybe sitting with an 'I don't care' look on her face?

And Greed: She is the easiest! Have her holding a bunch of jewelry or expensive-looking items. Have her look really good, almost as beautiful as pride, and you should be fine.

These are good. Try to thin out the lines and complete it!

Classy

Very creative idea dashka, love it!
Yes, you need to make all of these more unique to each other. I'll review each one.

Envy- Perfect.
Wrath- I feel as if Wrath is too similar to Envy. Change her position. I would make her look more on the evil side...maybe put her arms by her side (more in a V) and make her hands balled up in fists.
Gluttony- Love it.
Covetousness- Hard one. I don't know how I'd do it, so I can't help you on her. It'll take some time to think of something.
Lust- Her torso is strange.
Sloth- What happened to her hand on her dress? It seems to have just disappeared. I would make her expression more tired, perhaps? Make it less unhappy at least.
Pride- Make her seem like she's sticking her nose in the air! Give her a triumphant expression. Position seems fine.

Hope I helped! Keep up the good work-

Okay, I think lush, wrath and envy are the best. They have the best faces and hair and seem the most spot on than the rest of them.
Personally, for the last one, maybe you could do her like, smirking or make her chin point up more. Make her look more defiant. I have no ideas for the middle one.
Please, PM me if you post any more or revive this one!

I think this was an amazing idea. I've never seen anyone do a representation of the 7 sins quite like this one. Although it isn't a masterpiece I think that each person in the picture represents their sin very well. Maybe you should do one with boys next? (hint!)

The one thing I thought was the best were the facial expressions. I liked each person's a lot. Although I can't help draw since I'm not very good I hope you find someone that can. I really would like to see this finished. Don't stop working on your own though...

I think I might have an idea! :D ...for Covetousness- maybe put a look of longing on her face? Make her look like she's looking at something, tilt her head. Maybe one of the girl's can have a ring on her finger and the the Covetousness girl is looking at it, wanting it. And for Wrath- maybe also tilt her head down a bit?

I like this! for Covetousness, maybe you could have her begging greed for some of her stuff while greed ignores her and hordes it?
Honey, you should see me in a crown.

These are really cool. Im not so good a drawer so I dont really know how the other two could be done. As many have said wrath looks a heap like envy so see if you could fine tune their emotions a bit more. Keep on drawing, my talented friend.
