I would be okay with Jezabel being totally or half responsible for someone's death. Ingrid could just really piss Jezabel off. That would be enough to make Jezabel kill anyone.
Skin - it's perfectly cool to have you're character have a "special" power that they're really good at. However, I think that they should be a second year student before you get into too much detail with it.
Although I think that you have a 2nd year student so...nevermind. xD

Personality: Shane tends to be a bit more silent than most kids, he thinks a lot. Some people find it a bit off putting, because he basically ignores people a lot when he is thinking. When he isn't lost in thought, he does listen and talk a lot, sort of like he is trying to rush through it, so he can think some more. Power strength: He is smart and fast, but not so power strong. The powers he can use, are more focused, and consecrated, like a pin point accuracy, but not fairly weak. Other: He over slept, and missed the train, and so came late to the school.
