Hey guys, before I post the poem, I just wanted to tell y'all it was assignment for class. We had to write a three stanza poem in iambic pentameter. It's a love letter of sorts, from Olivia to Cesario from Shakespeare's "The Twelfth Night," so read and enjoy! Thanks! ^_^
>>>>>
Cesario my dear, o doth thou knows't?
How beats my heart so? Hath thou heard it?
Present in mine voice is adoration.
For eternity I needs't thou here, sir.
Skin fair and eyes glitt'ring, thou doth shine.
Intelligence of thee I do now knows't and
Still in my arms' embrace thou doth belongs't
For World's reign and ruin, till song's last breath.
Cesario, ho! what now thou ponders?
Doth thou dare love me, much as I love thee?
