Cat Names

I used to have a dog named Mozart. So I guess you could use Wolfgang or Amadeus or Mozart. Other ideas... not coming to me at the moment. Lewis? Aeneas? Grendel? Beowulf?

I'm still rather fond of Chaucer, LOL.

come to think of it, I was quite fond of Chaucer myself, and Mozart makes my day, but my mother is leaning towards Kai Lung (it means 'King Dragon' in chinese, I THINK, but only because Kai sounds Japanese and Lung sounds chinese) and she wants to name the other cat we're getting, a huge mass of fur with a licking fetish 'Sachi' which means 'joy'. The SPCA must love us. I'm a little dodgy about naming him Kai because I actually know a guy named guy. It would sound.... obsessive, to say the least.

I always pick a name that just kinda speaks to me. I had a really shy cat once so I named him Mouse. I like irony so I named a striped cat Polka Dot. I even once named a cat Czar Nikolas. I had a pair of kittens once that were black and cream. The black one was Smokey the cream one was Bandit. The right name will come.

Genghis Con, did I spell that right? The guy who took over China a looooooooong time ago. Cats need real names, they have too much dignity to be called fluffy or blacky, I am soon getting a kitten too, so please help.
