Tori sighed with relief as Steve came back onto the bus without the spider. "I hate spiders. I have a phobia of them," she stated matter of factly.
Vera laughed. Steve slumped back next to me. "Ahh, the Elton John monkey has gone!" I laughed.
"Theres another one over there," I said pointing. Steve put his binoculars back up to his eyes.
"That one looks like Beyonce."
"Except that it's a male. You can tell from the distinctive markings around it's tail."
"Spare me the nature talk," Beth said jokingly. Rebbecca-Anne came down to the front of the bus with Mark they both leaned over to get a better view of the monkeys.
"They are cute," Rebbecca commented. I nodded in agreement. Jake stopped the bus.
"I want everyone to wind up their windows please. I am going to go and put some fruit on top of the bus, the monkeys should come over then," Jake told us. He exited the bus with a huge bucket of fruit.
"That's what the smell was," Steve joked, I ignored him.
"I can't believe that we are going to see the monkeys up so close!" I practically jumped out of my seat with excitement. Jake ran back into the bus and shut the door.
"Here they come everyone," he said. He beckoned us up to the front of the bus where we could see out of the windscreen. Everyone gasped in awe.
