lets see... im weird

i dunno what to tell about myself
im 21, im weird and i mean that. i can randomly out of nowhere say "i wonder what itd be like if a horse took a crap in a pool of cum" lol i said that while everyone was having a swig of beer few nights ago... ive been known to say many other weird things at any given moment
im a music nut(i have over 65 000 songs in my music library) and i listen to everything except for rnb and rap, well i lie, i do listen to aaliyah and eminem but thats it. by everything i mean metal every genre of metal except for drone, every genre of rock emo, pop punk, grunge, hard rock, art rock etc.
anyway my idol and hero is agatha christie. whenever i meet someone new i praise her to high hell. best selling authour in history, writer of longest running play, died at 85(cmon people these days cant even hit 60 <_<) wrote her final book "postern of fate", which i have read and loved, at 83 after 80+ other books and hell some people cant even do 1 .. lalala sorry. anyway i take most of my influence, when i write, from her. i just love her easy to read way and she doesnt describe gigantically so you get bored and she always keeps you guessing! i dont own all her books yet but for christmas i got money, with every cent i bought 30 agatha christie books i dont have.
got 20 more to get of hers, her autobio, her westmascot books, few short story collections and im done. everyone knows, even if i have the book already, all i want for a gift is an agatha book or more
anyway i wrote my "first" novel at 15, its called Rose and its all written by hand and only i have ever written it because my hand writing sucks and the book is all over the place. saying this, i do read it every so often and it is one of the only things i feel proud of doing. my 2nd novel which is up here is call That time again and it is my proudest acoomplishment. i've read over it 30 times now and each time i do i tell my bestie "dude did i really write this?" if anyone reads it and wants me to upload the 2nd half of it just ask.
oh and im currently writing my 3rd novel called Uriel( a name i picked out at random) which is fantasy and its very fun writing it! i read over what ive written so far and again im wowed <_< yeah stupid self praise.... just good to find something im actually good at for once.

i adore gore, i ate popcorn while watching august underground 1-3 in a row and i laughed while watching it

wow, you really do love this author...never heard her before though? is she good? what kind of stuff does she write anyway? so what was her writing style that you copied and what was your own writing style?
It's good that you're greatly influence by ehr...I'm more influence by a medieval poet..though i don't write poems.
so now that you're at your 3rd book...one question? how do you not get distracted and how long had it took you to finish one?

yes i do love her, she writes murder mysteries, i recommend now you goto the library and pick up either "and than there were none"(also the best selling murder mystery book in history), "murder on the orient express" "death on the nile" "evil under the sun" "murder of roger ackroyd" or "cards on the table" or hell get all of those . Her style is that the majority of her novels are dialogue with very little describing. she describes the scene and the little bits but she doesnt describe a room in 3 pages and i rarely describe in my books... i find no need.

well thats a story in itself
my first novel 'rose" i wrote the first 6 chapters in new zealand even in class took about 15 days. BUT i left it for a year sorta forgot about it when i came back to australia and than i picked it up and reread it and i finished it and that took 2 months.
my 2nd novel actually sameish story. i again lived in nz and i didnt have any friends, couldnt do school at that time so i pretty much downloaded music... but i needed more. so i was in the shower and i thought "how bout a novel" and well wrote the intro and that turned into the novel wrote that in about 1 month but i did nothing but write write write. anyway the 2nd half of that was written 6 months later when i moved back to aussie again and the 2nd half, which actually has no ending cause i dont want one(if you read it youll understand), took about 2 months to write.
so as you can see my writing schedules are all over the place
anyway to answer your question i dont stop myself getting distracted. never force yourself to write. as i think i said in my opening post, i took a month break from the book im writing now and now ive come back better than ever.... some days i dont want to write so i dont make myself, sometimes i wake up and, jobseeking dole bludger i am, all day all i want to do is write.

to one of your story...sure

though my style in writing is usually the opposite of yours. I tend to focus on imagery and details rather than dialogue and my dialogues are a little bit cheesy some times.

well I do try to describe but im one of those people who usually skips most of the describing and continues on and i intend to read my novel myself and id rather not skip my own writing i also like to keep my dialogue as real as possible but we all have our own styles
