A newbie hoping I'm welcome -^_^-

Hello, I'm TreeHugger12 but you can just call me TH for short. I'm fifteen and female.

I absolutely love writing and I'd do anything to improve my craft. I don't think I'm very good at it yet, but I'm trying to better my writing style.

I see writing as a way to express myself when other ears won't listen. It's also a form of escape from the harshness of reality and pains of life and heartbreak.

I like the HP series, LOTR, and Narnia. Used to obsess over Twilight, still obsess over The Hunger Games Trilogy.

Hey! I'm Ash and welcome to YWS! I get to ask questions! By the way, I see writing the same as you do. It's the best thing to just sit down after a bad day and pour out all your emotions onto paper. Sometimes, I prefer my story world to the real one.

Anyway, What genres do you write (if you write prose. Poetry? What is your main inspiration?) If you have writer's block, what do you do to try an become re-inspired? If you could meet one character, who would it be? What superpower would you want? Night or day? Favourite colour? Which is your favourite chocolate? You're stuck on a desert island, and only allowed five things, what would those items be?

Alright then, enough questions!

So I'm friendly, if a little random, and wouldn't mind having a friend on here! PM if you would like a helping hand, a chat or whatever else you might want.

Ah, writing is a wonderful way to express your feelings/pains. I love expressing myself through my characters which is fun!

Your writing will defiantly improve the more you do it and this site defiantly helps! Then you can look back in the future and laugh at how childish your works sounded

LoTR and Narnia are some of the greatest books ever written.

I'm a little eh on LoTR. The movies are fantastic, but I found the books a bit hard to pick up since Tolkien's style is a little hard to read and understand. I also like Narnia!

What kind of genres do you like to write? Are you working on anything right now? Anyway, welcome to YWS! I see you've already joined my Hunger Games group. That's cool, and I'm sure we'll have some fun times on it. Anyway, welcome!

Hm, I write prose usually, but I write poetry too. I also write songs sometimes. I'm a fantasy fiction sort of person though I've written a few love stories in the past.

When I write poetry it's usually about love, heartbreak and nature.
Writer's block: hmm, I don't really know, bake I guess. Or go on a walk or bike.
Meet one character? I guess I would like to meet Hermione Granger or Elizabeth Bennet, I guess.
Super power: Flight of course!
Night writer, day person.
Chocolate: Milky Way or Milk Chocolate with fruits and nuts
Island thing: A magnifying glass, a knife, a blanket, a big piece of plastic, Iodine drops
