Anime drawing...sort of.

The nearest I ever came to a good anime drawing I guess I don't practice much...anyways, this is one of the characters in the novel I'm writing. Sorry for the poor quality, by the way...I don't have a scanner (or a tablet) so had to make do with the mobile camera.

Wow, I think that's great! The quality of the photo isn't intentional, I know, but I actually like the way it makes the drawing look! Haha. The hair could maybe have more tones and shades, right now it looks a little bit like a helmet of some sort. Also, the strands falling over the ears are bending oddly, while they should be more like hanging loosely.

But overall it's a cute picture, even though this drawing style isn't my particular favourite.

Love your anime Witch! I think it's fabulous! My favourite part is the anime features in the eyes, they're detailed and captivating. I also like how they're almost symetrical but not quite as if to show an intriguing off-gaze. Brilliant!
Like Dem, I think the only nitpick I can pick is the way you've drawn the hair, I think that making it more featured and perhaps less 'neat' will top your drawing close to flawless

Anyway, I love it! Very well done

I usually don't like anime/manga drawings, but this is cute! I love her facial expression, and I agree with Demsy; the camera does add a nice effect, even though it's not intentional. We can't see much of the arms, so I can't tell if that's her shirt or not, but I'd recommend making her arms defined from her torso.

Overall this is a very cute drawing . I don't know if you are still working on this or just want to see some opinions, but I think it would be even more captivating if you had some more shading along the hair lines and let the lose ends of hair really hand lose instead of being stiff and stuck in the hair like that. I love the eyes they are very anime (ahah I know), but also captivating and cute.

Hi there! Everyone else pretty much got it all covered, but I do want to tell you how amazing the eyes are! They have wonderful detail, and I would like to see more of them! If you took as much time on the rest of the picture ad you do with the eyes, you'll improve in every other area. Her neck seems a little... skinny? It needs to be just a little more proportional where the chin meets the neck, but other than that I think they covered it all!

Wow, your drawing is far better than any of those I've drawn. I like the eyes.
