Hello Rain! Welcome to YWS! If you need help figuring stuff out PM me okay? :) So tell us a little about yourself! What do you like to write? Do you prefer typing, or old fashioned pen or pencil? If you were stuck on a deserted island what are the three things you would want to have? Do you like tea or coffee better?

Hope to see you around!

Ha ha! I feel very welcome!!

Well BondGirl007, I find it easier to write on paper with a pen, a good one, not one of those dodgy scratchy ones, but when I write I change things so many times and end up with so many crossings-out and little added in notes that it is illegible to anyone but, and some times including, me so I normally write on a computer now for the most part. Oh and if I were stuck on a deserted island I would have with me a yacht, a sailor and a GPS location system thingy!!

Hello there JD!! Hmm... you have some difficult questions... Right, pasta over pizza I think. My favourite movies Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Pride and Prejudice, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, 10 Things I Hate About You... the list goes on. Hmm... genre of writing? Well, probably fantasy and romance; those are my favourite genres to read as well, although I do love quite a bit of mystery and adventure!! Birthday I would prefer not to disclose on the internet and comments on YWS? It is fairly confusing so far but also is quite a lot of awesome!!

~Rain, Melo, whatever you prefer!

PS: Hi-five Moni! Clarinet is better!

Hiya Mel. Welcome to YWS! I hope you're having fun! :D

I'm Vanadis, or Freyja (some seems to use first names.) Whichever is fine.

I talked to you a bit on chat last night (I think) but I can't be sure because I was feeling so yucky. Well, that aside, have you started to find your way around the site better? Any questions?

So for the "getting to know" questions...
-What genre of music do you like?
-Favorite hobbies?
-Favorite books?
-What book characters do you like best?

I see you like to write on paper. So do I, but yeah...I've got the same problem with changing everything so much that it's illegible. But there's just something about the crinkle of the pages turning, the smell of books, and the contrast of ink on clean paper...*sighs...* Sorry if that sounds weird, but I *am* a weird one.

Anyway, once again, welcome, and if you need help, throw me a PM.
Take care!
~Freyja

Ah, yes I remember you Vanadis! Are you feeling any better now? Well my favourite genre of music is a very tricky one... I am a muso so I listen to everything from Mozart and Vivaldi to Kelly Clarkson and Abba! If I HAD to choose I would choose classic rock (Bealtes!!) and alternative rock like Evanscence and Escape The Fate. My hobbies are reading and writing (of course otherwise I wouldn't be on here now would I?) drawing, playing clarinet/guitar and listening to music. Favourite books.... this is a very long list! Harry Potter, The Belgariad, Pride and Prejudice, The Song of the Lioness, Keys to the Kingdom, Ranger's Apprentice, The Inheritance Cycle, Famous Five... the list goes on!! My favourite book character... I have so many, but the best one for me is probably Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter - she is my idol!! And I know what you mean about writing on paper, everything just flows better!! It doesn't sound weird at all, er, to me, but I'm not exactly the best judge or weirdness since I am pretty strange myself he he.

Hello again.

I'm starting to feel better, thanks!

A muso. I like that term. I might have to steal it if that's okay with you.

I have so many, but the best one for me is probably Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter - she is my idol!!

--Haha! She is a pretty cool chick.

I keep seeing favorites in there that are some of mine--Classic rock, Evanescence, Harry Potter, Keys to the Kingdom (for some reason I never seem to meet many people who are into that series, but it's a good series,) Luna...

You shall be my friend. :D

Hey there!

I keep seeing favorites in there that are some of mine--Classic rock, Evanescence, Harry Potter, Keys to the Kingdom (for some reason I never seem to meet many people who are into that series, but it's a good series,)

Oh I know! I think I only know about two other people who are interested in Keys to the Kingdom, and one is my brother who only read it because of me in the first place! You have excellent taste, you shall be my friend too :D

And the term 'muso' is commonly used in my school, so feel free to use it as much as you like!

Hmm... How to sign my name... Mel, Rain, or even Luna! (yes people at school actually do call me that...)

Rain :)

PS: Hi Fire! Love the name. Can I call you Dawn?

I suppose. Actually, I created this account so my sister and I could
post our joint work. So if I seem to be out of character, that's why.

Both of us are cat enthusiasts, so we're doing a feline story right now.

Sare here. :) Just wondering, have you read the Warriors series by Erin Hunter? Stori, my brother whom I share the account with *lost train of thought* Huge brain fart. If I waited for what I was going to say to come back, I'd post this a week from now. :backtotopic: Anyway, we mainly write fan-fictions of her work. I also write poetry, so you can check some of that out. I think I'm kinda good at it, but that's probably because my classmates are so horrible. :xd:

So yeah, That's kinda my background....ish. Are you into sports? History? Personally, I like volleyball. And I'm doing some Civil War reenacting. Call me anything you like. Oh, and if you want to know, Sare is pronounced Sar A, as in with a long a at the end. Some people say Sair, some say Sarah, so I get plenty of random nicknames, such as CareBear.

See ya around!
