Fishy, fishy, fishy T,
push-ups are no good for me.
So I must stop calling thee
fishy, fishy, fishy T.

...and now for the REAL poem!

Crazy people, she says!
I don't believe that.
I think that you,
oh Fishy T,
are the psycho.

You are merely a property,
not an object!
Yet, in your arrogance,
you prance around with the delusion
of your ability to control power.

Yes, perhaps your negativity
is beneficial. And maybe
you do keep us safe.
But don't taunt us so!

You're so inconvenient.
No shortcuts for neutrons;
nor expanded horizons
for poor, defenseless fuel.

No wonder you, oh Fishy T,
have no friends.

Hey Vanadis!

This was pretty fantastic! What can I say? Odes to thermodynamic properties are always awesome... I think. I especially like the allusion to nuclear engineering when you say that they can control power. Very nicely done!

And in our university, they won't call it fishy. It's always alpha. Although ceta, I believe, is known as squiggly. :)

lol...now Squiggly...that's something. I'm glad you liked it. But as I said, we couldn't even call it alpha; we had to say "temperature coefficient of reactivity," or they made us go to the back of the room and do push-ups, or threw chalk at us...fun times. Fishy was just what we called it when the instructors weren't in the room.

I adore this! This is excellent! Yay! Feel good kind of stuff - beautiful, not to mention a lovely rhythm! :D

I have to say, I laughed, re-read it, then got it :) I love the implied relation between it and the use of how you adapted it into a character. Wonderful! I'd suggest an improvement but I'm not too good with poetry... :) love reading it though!

Hi Vany! Reviewing... this'll count as sabotage *Mwahahahaha!*

Anyway, I really liked this! It was very well written, and the two things I most enjoyed were the flow and punctuation. Flawless. And unfortunately I have absolutely no actual advice to give you. But Snoink'll have to count this :P I just really wanted to point out those to factors that I really enjoyed how they were done.

Thanks for posting!

Hey Vanadis!

I just had to say that I loved this (I'm not much of a poetry person, so I really can't review.)
