The lightning thing looks cool, but I think that the background and the character could look more like they're in the same picture, and not the like the girl is, well, photoshopped on to the background. I love the shadow on her socks, or are they just dyed like that?
Her position seems a bit awkward, as if she's struggling to keep still/stand straight. Also, there's something strange going on with her shoulders/collarbones, they're sticking out very sharply, which doesn't look very realistic.

Her clothing are very well done and I love the details you put into them. However, the pink really clashes with the darker tones you were using. Excluding the white. Perhaps go with that lovely shade of red you used with everything else or a more darker tone.
Her tail and wings seem slightly out of place with her more realistic body. Trying adding more detail and make them appear more real.
She's pigeon-toed! Poor thing xD I agree with Dems about her arm and collarbone. They're slightly off in a way. Her fingers, too, seem short and stubby. Trying making them a little longer. But not too long! Her eyes, I think, you could afford to make darker. Like outline her eyelashes or something to make her eyes pop! I know, silly suggestions.

Hey Maki! I love this, mainly because of the colours you've chosen to combine, I think the white outline delivers exactly the right impact, so it's know to us and isn't cheesy - which is fabulous. One nitpick for me is the background. I feel the red lines should be sharper, more straight if you know what I mean? They need some sort of direction or power behind them and perhaps try to make the background a little more attractive by adding in additional medians?
