the one armed Yoda hangs from the table
chained to my keys
his eyes closed (shut tight) in thought
his head twists side to side
like that of the Great Owl
and his feet fall off
in time to the tick of the tock

he seems so small
dangling there
just out of reach of
the sharkfaced-flashlight
and the glinting can-opener

I was rather confused until I read your subscriptish thing. It was a good idea, but there's no point (in my opinion) to a poem that you can't understand without a follow-up. You need to be able to tell your readers what it is your describing without flat-out telling them. Put the picture into their minds.
Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake... unless it's to remind him that he won't fail... he just won't kill you.
