Hi,
My name is Zora, and yes, like I said I'm new.
I heard about this site in Nanowrimo and I just thought I'd stopped by and check it out.
It seems like a cool site, so I'm glad to be here.
Um... well, I like to write fiction and I'm currently working on editing a Romance/Thriller novel, which I hope to publish. I like poetry too, though, I'm not very good at it so I rather just read the work of others, and only show my fiction work.

1) I have a few favorite books, but I guess if I had to chose it would be The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. I also like Tithe by Holly Black, and Twilight (only the 1st book is in my favorite lists) and The Host by Stephenie Meyer.

5)Uh... it's hard to say, I guess having people boss me around when I'm already doing what I have to do, or when I want to do things at my own pace. It drives me nuts.

Again thanks for the welcome.
I like to write different stuff but mostly romance and horror or romance with horror or something supernatural related (mostly my stories involve ghosts). But um... don't worry I don't go around looking to scare people, I just enjoy the horror writing.
I'm currently working on editing my Nano. It's about a guy who finds out that he has the ability to see ghosts do to a family curse, and there's some romance involved too.
I'm on the 2nd draft and doing a major rewrite, so I hope to be publishing some scenes for critiques soon.

Your book choices are really cool, although I haven't personally read any of them. I did watch the first of the Twilight movies, but haven't read the book yet.

That is cool that your favorite colors are blue and green. One of my favorite colors is green. The other one would be pink.

I used to hand write a lot when I was in school, but I type all the time now. I find that my hand cramps up if I try to hand write for too long.

Good choice with the Pirates! If you haven't noticed, I am a little obsessed with them myself. I don't know if anyone has told you about the usergroups we have here on YWS, but they are awesome. There are all sorts, they are great places to find people with common interests, and some of them even help you become a better writer. If you want to check them out, just click on the Groups tab, and scroll down to the Group Index. (There is even a pirate group, Pirate's Cove, ran by yours truly.)

Ha ha, I know what you mean about being bossed around. I am married and living in my own house, with children, and my mom still tries to tell me what to do. It can get very irratating.
