Hey, I'm Suzu and I'm crazy about manga. I love anime too, but lately I've been reading a lot of manga. My favorites include: Naruto, One Piece, Skip Beat, Claymore, Battle Angel Alita (this is quite violent so I don't recommend for younger viewers), The One, Hot-Blooded Women, Fruits Basket, etc, etc, etc. If I listed them all, it would never end. So what are your favorites? Speaking of which, I need to catch up with Naruto. Hopefully the latest chapter was good.

Hi, I'm Julie~ Geeze, that's a lot @_@ I've read Naruto, Bleach, Soul Eater, and Fullmetal Alchemist. I'm trying to catch up on Detective Conan and Kekkaishi, but they're way too many chapters... Fullmetal Alchemist is my current favorite. I'm not very fond of the first anime, but the manga is fantastic. I'll probably cry during the last chapter.
I'm sure you've already caught up on the Naruto chapter you were talking about, but the newest one was ok. I'm getting tired of emo!angst-ridden!Sasuke, although the face-off between him and Danzo looks interesting. Plus seeing all the kiddie cosplayers on the first page was really cute |D
So true about sasuke! I wish naruto would just hurry up and kick his butt to get him off his high horse.I kinda wish danzo would beat him up in the next fight! That sharigan arm is crazy btw.
The kiddie narutos were sooo cute! Haha!
FMA is awesome but I've only seen the anime.I heard its very different from the manga.

Haha, the arm creeps me out. It doesn't help that it's on the front cover... As awesome as that would be, it looks like Danzo doesn't have much longer before he kicks the bucket. I won't say anything else because I don't want to spoil it, of course.
I read the manga first, so I'm a little biased towards it |D It's VERY different from the anime. I personally believe it's better, but it depends on what you're looking for in a series. The manga focuses a lot more on a complex plot than the anime, which was geared toward character development.
i'm not actually a die hard manga/anime fan but i have to admit i find them entertaining to read/watch sometimes.
mangas currently reading: full metal alchemist, naruto, berserk (violent, highly explicit but it's amazing), battle royale (same as berserk. it's the only manga i finished reading).
mangas i recently started: maximum ride and battle angel alita; might also check out wolf guy.

yes! right from the get-go i was like 'this is going to be an awesome manga'. i have to say though that i was disappointed when alita didn't actually have wings [not sure if she gets them later in the manga though so don't spoil it for me (x]. definately not what i expected as i didn't read a summary before-hand but it's good nonetheless!

Haha, I meant battle angel. Yeah, I thought she would have wings too! So far, I've seen none...hmmm, I hope she gets them because then she would be even more kick ass than she is now!
