Ok, so I realised that I hadn't written a poem in some time so I thought that it might be a good idea. Unfortunately, I seem unable to write anything ground-breaking/of any importance. So this poem is all in good heart and in the name of fun and jolly times. Don't take offence at it, because then you're silly. :D
.
.
.
.

One time is okay, you know,
And two is also good.
But when you do it three or more,
Then you haven’t understood.
.

You see, my friend, it’s all very well
When you’re not on the receiving end.
But when you are, by gum! It’s hard!
And the red mist always descends.
.

The thing that you do is antagonizing.
It annoys, frustrates and aggrieves.
It’s not very big, it’s really quite small.
But unfortunately, it’s my pet peeve.
.

Don’t think that I’m harsh; it’s not only me,
Of this little OCD I am sure.
Because all over the world there are writers who
Just sit at their laptops and endure.
.

All your chat speak and caps,
And your large neon font size,
All of your L8ers and Sk8ers,
And your un-capitalized I’s.
.

It’s a wave we can’t stop,
A problem without solution.
So we can only stare in horror
At the chat-speak revolution!

You are fantastic my dear Amizzle. Just fantastic.
So hilarious I'm not even going to review this. Though I will star it in hopes it will become a featured work. That way everyone can see it!

Thanks guys!

Eddie and Pretty, I know that it isn't my best at all! As I did say, it was just a bit of fun. Light relief in these tough economic times, y'know? :D

Oh, have I done many of these! I just never posted them :P

*bows before Amy* You're awesomely epic.

But, no matter I always have to say something constructive. And I know you probably didn't intend this to have any kind of constructive review, but! I decided I won't :P

Have a good night!

Hello Amy! This is a very awesome poem, and I was laughing the whole way. I do have a few nitpicks though.
My comments are in italics.

One time is okay, you know,
And two is also good.
This second line seems out of place, and it doesn't really make sense. Usually it's "Once in a while is alright but its bad if you do it much."

But when you do it three or more,
Then you haven’t understood.

I loved this part, it's amazing.

But when you are, by gum!

Err, why the gum refrence? It sort of reminds me of Robin's corny lines in the Batman 1966 TV Show.

All your chat speak and caps,
And your large neon font size,
All of your L8ers and Sk8ers,
And your un-capitalized I’s.

I really love this stanza, but I don't think the last part seems to flow very well.

Other then that, I absolutely loved it! At some parts it did get a little confusing and corny, but I'm sure that it's nothing you won't be able to fix.

That's all for now.

Lol, I love this piece! I must show this to my friends, they could learn.

You see, my friend, it’s all very well

Maybe instead of "it's all very well," "all is well?"
But when you are, by gum! It’s hard!

Umm, by gum? Lol.

The thing that you do is antagonizing.
It annoys, frustrates and aggrieves.
It’s not very big, it’s really quite small.
But unfortunately, it’s my pet peeve.

I love this part. It flows and I can totally agree.

Don’t think that I’m harsh; it’s not only me,
Of this little OCD I am sure.
Because all over the world there are writers who
Just sit at their laptops and endure.

Aye! But maybe take out the "just" in the last line.

All your chat speak and caps,
And your large neon font size,
All of your L8ers and Sk8ers,
And your un-capitalized I’s.

Love this one too.

This is a really funny poem. I liked it! *gives star*
