Alright, since Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire's comin' round this November, mind telling me your opinions and expectations on it? I know this looks a little childish but hey, we got our own expectations on everything! No need to be ashamed... So what d'ya think of the new director, Mike Newell? He wouldn't be directing the Order of the Phoenix. Evidently, this directing thing is becoming as jinxed as the Defense Against the Dark Arts subject! And they said the film's going darker (they ought to dim the lights) and scarier (imagine an all-year Halloween). Come on, post your expectation! Nothin' to lose!

I'll start it, shall I? I expect this Goblet o' Fire movie to be quite hot (if you're sitting beside 4 dragons, you can't help it) and another box office (it always was..even the 3rd). Judging from the trailer, it's quite fast paced. And I hope they'll have a proper ending this time. The end.

P. S. Did that bore you? :-k

Hope to hear from ya!

Well... firstly, for the poll, I'd like a niether option... lol... honestly I think that he and Ginny match up pretty well if he would just get it into his head that anyone near him is at risk, friend or girlfriend doesn't matter. (And we all know that Hermione is going to end up with Ron )

As for The Goblet of Fire... I'm hoping that since two was better than one, and three was better than two, that the fourth movie will continue the sequence and be better than the third. I'm a big fan of dragons, so I'm hoping that those sequences will be really good, but I'm not that hopeful after the mess they made of the werewolf.

I don't like any of the movies.

One good thing though - they seem to have finally got Dumbledore right :).
On the downside, I don't like Moody...
I wrote the above just for you.

That hardly important an they did it wrong he saw Cho Chang in TPOA not the GOF, anyway Yuleball not a big deal the triwizard task are more important.

I just saw it. It was pretty good. Heres just a jumble of thoughts:

I think each movie has been better than the previous one (2 better than 1, 3 better than 2, 4 better than 3). This could be because the young actors have finally learned how to act. The movie ruined Cho for me. Same with Moody. It was REALLY fast paced. If you thought they left out a lot on the other movies, this one will blow you away with how much is skipped and changed. Obviously, it was necessary because of the books length. Mostly they just cut out the "unnecessary" (but very appealing) details that are in the books. I think the movie probably really sucks if you haven't read the book, cause seriously, NOTHING is explained. At all.

Having said that, I liked the movie. Particulary Hermione (shes hot, thats one thing they did right). It was missing the amount of connection readers make with the characters in the book (hope that makes sense), but I have to hand it to them, they are improving.

The movies are all good and well done, but for anyone who has read the books, I think they look down upon the movies because they don't live up to the great experience one has when they read a Harry Potter novel. Anyway, thats how I see it. Id be thrilled to discuss the movie/book(s) with anyone who wants to.

Joel: Enjoy it.”
