STARTING! And it's not my fault if this isn't good; Gasper is pressuring me. *cracks*

Anton - Vampire

"Jesus, Alex, get up already!" Anton hissed, poking the boy gently with his foot. When Alex didn't reply, just opened his mouth wider and let out a loud snore, Anton rolled his eyes and jabbed Alex's ribs harder. Alex's snores stuttered to a halt and his eyes flew open furiously. Anton hopped out of range as Alex jerked his foot, missing Anton's ankle by inches.

Couldn't let me have a few more minutes peace, could you? Alex signed in the air as he rolled his eyes in the vampire's direction. Anton chuckled and turned away, walking slowly to the end of the alleyway that they'd been camping in tonight. Generally he preferred for them to stay in houses, but most of the ones around here stank of blood and rot. Anton didn't like that, and so they'd bunkered down in this crap-hole of an alleyway.

Should've just put up with the smell, he grumbled to himself, stretching his arms and yawning as the pale light of the dawning sun hit his face. He braced his back against the cold stone wall and looked out at the street in front of him. Abandoned cars littered the sidewalk, each smashed window and dented bonnet telling the story of some other street fight, some other death.

And a fresh death was on it's way. Anton could smell something, the distinctive smell of a vampire. Two vampires. They were walking up the street together, Anton could hear the sound of old newspapers and bottles moving under their restless feet. Alex came up behind him, but knew from Anton's face that something was wrong.

And then the vampires came into view. They weren't smelling Anton, they were concentrating on something else. Anton tried to concentrate too, and then he could smell it. The warm, heavy scent of a human. A human hiding in the house that was opposite him. A human that was about to be butchered by these two hungry, merciless killers.

Anton whirled around and quickly sketched out a message in the air to Alex. I'm going to go help the person in the house. Stay here, I'll be back soon. His movements were rushed and his hands trembling. Alex shook his head firmly at this and grabbed Anton's wrist as the vampires began to tear at the blocked door.

No, he signed, we'll go do it together.
"It is curious how often you humans manage to obtain that which you do not want."

I was curled up on my bed, trying to get some sleep. But something was nagging at the back of my mind. One of the boards that I had used to board up the door had fallen down yesterday, and I was out of nails. It's amazing that I've lasted this long.

I knew that eventually they would find me. It was inevitable. I sighed. I couldn't sleep. Not when I was worrying for my own safety night and day. I got out of bed, grabbing a hairbrush off of my dresser. I brushed the knots out of my redd-ish brown hair, wincing in pain. I went downstairs and into the kitchen, opening the pantry.

I groaned when I saw the dwindling food supplies. I only had enough to last me a week, maybe two if I rationed to the extreme.

That was when I heard the unmistakable sound of breaking wood. I tensed, and my heart rate doubled. I slowly forced my feet to move. I walked into the hall.

My front door stood open.

My eyes widened in horror as I saw two people walk through my doorway. They looked at me with hungry eyes.

I screamed and bolted, racing up the stairs as fast as my legs could carry me. I practically fell into my bedroom, closing and locking the door behind me. I ran to the window and smashed it with my elbow. I heard a splintering noise and my head whipped around so fast that the bones in my neck groaned.

They were standing there. I screamed again and stepped up onto the window sill, preparing to leap out of the window. The upstairs windows were the only ones that I had left un-blocked. Then a vampire leapt forwards and wrapped its pale fingers around my ankle, yanking me backwards and onto the floor. I hit my forehead on the corner of the window sill on the way down, and blood blossomed from a cut over my eye.

The vampires leered at me, and one grabbed me, holding me to the floor. I screamed and struggled as the other leaned towards me, mouth open.

Then I heard something. The vampire whirled around and I saw two people in the doorway.

I groaned as I rolled over into a trash can. I had been sleeping on the wet ground, don't ask me why I didn't sleep in an abandoned house. I grumbled and look at the newly formed scratches on my hand from the concrete.
"Ouch," I muttered and slowly got up. I began walking down the street, but of course, I didn't think of the blood on my hand. I heard a snarling and heavy breathing. "Oh crap,"
I whispered. "Oh crap oh crap..." I quickly began licking the blood, but more kept coming, and I could hear footsteps now. That was when I saw the shadow...
Sorrow lasts through this night
I'll take this piece of you,
and hold for all eternity
For just one second I felt whole... as you flew right through me.

**Technically this isn't double posting because now it's from Alex's PoV. :D And to make myself even more confused then Alex is going be in 1st person. Because he just has to be

Alex - Human

We ran into the house, through the large hole that the vampires had managed to tear in the wood. They must have been desperately hungry, the house was pretty well sealed off. But then again, humans were so rare now that we were always in complete danger no matter how well protected. That's why I wanted Anton to make me a vampire, so that I could protect myself for once in a while. But of course he refused, for the same reason that we were now running into a strangers house to save her from two crazed vampires. Anton was just too nice.

He sprinted up the stairs ahead of me, his long legs taking the steps four at a time. I could only manage two, and my breath was coming in short wheezing gasps. But I couldn't shout at Anton to stop. I couldn't even yell wordlessly. I could only carry on running and hope that I didn't die in the meantime.

Anton - Vampire

He could smell the fear of the human. She was a girl, a young girl. And he could sense the vampires' frenzy, sense their hunger and desperation. And then, so suddenly that it almost made him stop running, Anton could smell the blood. It was so beautiful, so rich, that he had to force himself not to lose control and join the others in their animalistic feeding.
No, not feeding, he reminded himself, not if you get there first.

He burst into the room and hurled himself at the nearest vampire. They were both too shocked to fight back, so caught up in the smell of the girl's heavy, enticing -
Stop it! No blood. Fight. He reminded himself and began to kick the vampire who he was clinging on to.

Both of them were weak, they obviously hadn't fed in a long time. One of them tried to whirl away from him and run at Alex, obviously smelling his blood, but Anton tackled him to the ground and bit him - hard. The vampire howled wordlessly and the other one joined in. Satisfied, Anton let go and watched as both of them fleed out of the house. Anton was breathing heavily, his chest rising and falling raggedly as he attempted to regain him breath. After signing to Alex to make sure that he was Ok, Anton turned to regard the girl on the floor. He knew that she would trust him, what was he but another vampire who just wanted her blood? But he had to help her anyway, it was his nature. Even if the smell of her freshly spilt blood made his head spin and his heart beat faster.

"Would you like a hand up?" Anton asked gravely, "Or are you ok to stand? Did they bite you, by the way?"
"It is curious how often you humans manage to obtain that which you do not want."

I sighed laying back on my mattress, closing my tired eyes shut. I was exhausted. I had worked for about ten hours straight, and my body felt like it was on total 'shut-down' mode. Before I knew it I was in a deep sleep.

"My my. What do we have here?"
I whipped my head around to see a blood-thirsty vampire standing about ten feet away from me. Suddenly it moved closer, all a blur, and now it was right behind me. I squeezed my eyes shut, thinking of the possibilities of how to escape. Maybe I could kick him.
"Don't even think about it." He said grabbing my arm and twisting it so hard I could hear a bone crack.
I screamed in pain while gasping for air.
It could read minds.
"So I'm just going to make this quick and easy. Alright?" He said, and then begin to laugh.
I winced as his nails dug into my flesh, blood oozing out. Then he twisted my neck, and I could hear a sickening 'crack'.

I woke up screaming.
It was just a dream, just a dream I tried to clam myself. I looked around the dark room, by chest heavy, my head aching, and my eyes blurred with tears.
I laid back down sobbing.

I stared at this new vampire. But it didn't look like he was going to hurt me... was he?

No, if he wanted to hurt me he would have done it already, I decided.

I climbed to my feet, limbs shaking from adrenaline. "I-I'm fine." I thought for a second. Wasn't there something else I was supposed to say? I hadn't been around people in so long... then I remembered. "Th-thanks."

The vampire shrugged, seeming slightly relieved about something. "Are you sure you're all right?" He asked, sounding concerned.

I nodded. "Yes, I'm fine. I just need to bandage this." The vampire moved so that he was as far away from me as possible. I eyed him distrustfully as I reached into my back pocket, pulling out a small first-aid kit. I pulled a band-aid out of it and went over to a mirror on the wall, refusing to turn my back on the vampire. I used the mirror to figure out where to put it, then stuck it over the wound.

I turned so that the vampire was directly in front of me. I had just thought of something. Just because he saved me doesn't mean that he won't hurt me. I didn't trust him; not by a long shot.

"What do you want from me?"

Isabelia "Bells"-vampire
She hid in the darkest part of the alley. The sun was killing her. It was not literal since the sun didn't kill her unless it was from hours of exposure to it. For some reason she was in Washington state. She knew she had to travel and all but it wasn't that big of a deal.
All Bells wanted was to go back home and be normal. But if she was normal, she would have died many years ago.
So she pushed the thought away and put on her designer sunglasses. If she was going to live forever, she had to enjoy. After much arguing with herself, she decided to go out of the alley.
After all, the sun felt great over such cold skin as was that of Isabelia. The streets were not very crowded, and from the distance a huge black cloud signaled that there was going to rain. Finally, she thought.
As she was walking something inside of her told her that she had to hunt. And it wasn't a bad idea but it was better if she just waited for the rain.

Matt-Human
New York, the place he once used to call home was now the most forsaken place, full of chaos. It wasn't like he remembered it. He remembered standing in the same window but seen incredible skyscrapers and Central Park full of people and the beautiful trees. BUt now all he saw were barren spots were buildings used to be.
Matt moved away from the window of his room and went back to his bed. He had been awake since five o' clock, so that gave him rime to work out and get ready for the day. So he put on his shirt and looked at himself in the mirror. He was also different, the happy reflection was now gone and full of pain. The reflection in the mirror was one he did not recognize, but at least he still have his deep grey eyes.
But he couldn't spend one more second thinking, he had to act. So he grabbed all his guns and his katana and prepared himself for a new day.

*Pudin...can you put me in...

Felassis

I chuckled...i chuckled the night away.
seven hundred and eighteen and counting just for this week...what a lovely number. I wonder if there are more towns like that around here. I want more...i want more...
This city, this filth-no, a treasure chove- is waiting for some retribution. I would bet my soul that i will kill every bat blood in this treasure island in less than ten years or less.

I waited by a small apartment waiting for Matt to get out. When he did, he had all his weapons ready. I wonder why would he carry so much stuff? Outside, there is rain...no sun means bat bloods are cowering the streets.
i chuckled.
"Going anywhere?" i asked.
"Get some resources-food and ammo-...we're losing loads of them."
"That would be easy then...i found a pile of them across the park somewhere downtown."
"Hunting again last night."
"Seven hundred and thirty...i now counted, all in a week. Do you think there's more?"
He did not reply but simply walked across the hallway.
I chuckled.
I grabbed my large scythe and place it by my back as i followed him downstairs. As we reached outside, rain started to appear.
John McClane: Drop it. It's the police.
Tony: You won't hurt me.
John McClane: Oh, yeah? Why not?
Tony: Because you're a policeman. There are rules for policemen.
John McClane: Yeah. That's what my captain keeps telling me

Anton - Vampire

"What do you want from me?" the girl asked, her voice pretty steady under the circumstances.

May as well tell her the truth, Alex signed in the air to Anton. Oh, wait. You don't want anything from her. You just have this weird need to protect everyone.

Anton rolled his eyes in Alex's direction. Are you complaining?... Before turning back to the girl. It was obvious that she didn't trust him, she couldn't even turn her back on him. But she also hadn't tried to run away and she hadn't tried to fight him either. Then again, maybe she was just waiting.

"I-I don't really want anything from you," he said after a while, "I just didn't particularly want you to turn into their next meal." He jerked him thumb roughly in the direction of the street, signifying the vampires.

She snorted and Anton sighed at her disbelief. He'd never really done this before, he'd always been too late to save somebody. He'd never been in the right place, always arriving just as the vampires left, full to the brim with sloshy blood. And now he'd actually managed to save somebody. And they wouldn't let him.

But the vampires might come back, and I'm not going to let them get anywhere near her.

I kept my eyes on the vampire, refusing to look anywhere else. I didn't believe him, but I might as well play along with his story. Maybe if I could keep him talking I could postpone my death.

"And why would a vampire want a human to stay safe from other vampires, unless it was so that they could have all of that human's blood to themselves?" I asked.

I quickly began running the opposite way, nearly tripping every few steps, but that was when I really did trip, and let me tell you, it wasn't that fun. The wound on my hand was now covered in blood from multiple scratches and a pain in my leg was killing me.
"Help," I whispered. "Oh God, please help me..."
The shadow was getting closer and I could hear the breathing and I knew...it was most likely a vampire...a vampire...coming to drink my sweet scarlet blood. "Help..." I whispered one last time before I could fully see the shadow...

***Forest, do you mind if it's Bells, I mean you're in Washington and she is Washington too?

Isabelia "Bells"-Vampire
Bells saw this girl on the nearby alley. For some reason the girl started running, she must have known she was a vampire. But Bells was not that desperate, she always waited for the righ time, the right victim and obviously the right blood. But it was still fun just scaring someone to death.
So she followed the girl, laughing to herself ans she saw another stupid human run away from her. Yes, she drank heir blood and killed them, but it didn't mean she was a monster, just sometimes.
The girl was still running until she tripped. Too bad, bells thought, approaching the girl, breathing loudly, not because of the this but because of the fun she was having.

"Help" The girl said with an extremely quiet voice.

She walked until she was out of the shadows and was clearly seen by the girl who was now as pale as she was.

"Hello" Bells said with a gian grin on her face.

Matt-Human

His hair was making him crazy, the rain and the wind was making the hair fall all over his face. So he grabbed an elastic band and curled his hair on it. Felassis watched him carefully, grimacing as he did so.
"Dude, have you ever though about cutting off your hair" he asked.

Matt stared at him with his grey eyes wide open in disbelief.

"What the hell are you saying? I like my hair" he said turning around to continued walking. The rain was actually soothing, it calmed him completely. It made the city seem the old beautiful Manhattan that he remembered. " We need to move, those leeches will be out soon" he added.

"Now what are you saying?" Felassis asked him. "Killeng those things is fun"

***JD, do you mind if they meet? I mean, you're in New York and both of them are in New York too**

Just the right place. Dance clubs in the downtown areas were always pumping out the best music, and oh how she loved it! The dance floor was crowded, but that's how she liked it. The more people, the more fun. Humans dared not even come close to this place. The ones that were left, anyways. Vampires were dancing and grinding on each other all over the place, so she stepped in and joined them.

After another hour or so of dancing, she decided to head out into the night. She left the club, and loitered around out front for a short time. Should she hunt? Should she go home? Tonight, she was a little bored with this big city. All she ever did was go club hopping.

(May I interact with someone? I don't know who all might be around, and I don't want to step on any one's toes.)

((Ok, when they're together Anton and Alex can just have the same thing. Because I'm lazy like that.))

Anton - Vampire, Alex - Human

Anton gestured to Alex with a slight smile. "Yes, but how many vampires travel round with a sixteen year old boy? You'd think that I'd have eaten him by now."
Alex grinned at this and signed something in the air, "Yes, but my meat would be all stringy anyway ..."
Anton rolled his eyes. "We drink blood, Alex. Not meat."
Then he turned back to the girl, hoping that he could still persuade her.
