I'm not much of a good drawer or anything - but this is pretty cool! Still trying to make up what the bottom guy is doing and what's next to him? But, yeah! Nice!

This is pretty good, though I must say that this would be so many times more if it were finished, haha.
The patient is a bit big. In the original, yes, he is quite large but here, it seems disproportionate to the artist. There's also a bit of detail left out on the arms, and the patient's expression is a bit off.
I think it also needs a fair bit of shading, but as far as sketches go, this is pretty impressive.
