Hello everyone!

Hello fellow writers!
My name is Jimmy, but most call me Zerkk.
I came across YWS by chance, and I am very excited about it. I am not new to writing, but I am new at exchanging resources/stories etc. with other fellow writers!

A few things about myself:
I am 17 Years old and I live in Florida.
I have little confidence in my writing, which is a battle I hope to overcome here on YWS!
I am sure more will come about as I become a part of this wonderful community!

I cannot wait to meet new people and progress in my writing!

Hey Zerkk, welcome to YWS!

I see you've already created a blog which is great! But I'm just going to fill you in on a few rules:

1) The 3:1 ratio! Basically, that's 3 reviews for every piece of work (be it a small poem or a full length novel)!

2) No "cht spk" or INORDINATE USE OF THE CAPS LOCK BUTTON. This also includes proper grammar, capitilization and using apostrophes when they're needed. This is a writing site, after all.

3) If something you post has adult content or the f-word, please put "Rated R" in the title. Some people like to know what they're getting into!

4) Have fun!

I'm guessing from your avatar that you're a fan of Banksy? Unless you just thought it was an awesome picture. I live really near Bristol (where he started) so I've driven past a lot of his art. I really wanted to go to his exibition that was on recently but didn't .

What do you like to write?

It's funny that you ask, If I could put a style or category to my writing, it would have to be Dark Fiction. With a dash of humor. I consider myself a very deep yet dark person. Writing about what really goes on behind the so often read about fantasy world people portray as reality.

What do you like to read? Whose your favourite author?

I like anything really, from Collective Essays, to Science Fiction.

I love Chuck Palahniuk, I also have an obsession with Hunter S. Thompson

Watched any good films lately?

I am a huge movie buff, I enjoy all types of movies. My favorite movies are, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and The matrix.

What music do you listen to?

I listen to everything from Old School Hip Hop to County

What inspires you to write the most?

Honestly I have little inspiration, That is why I came here

Are you a cat person or a dog person?

Dogs are great!

D'you love or hate marmite?

Never had it

What is your favourite word?

Honestly I haven't a clue.

o you prefer to write by hand or by typing?

I like to write on paper first, collect my thoughts and ideas if you will. Then type it out and Edit.

What can't you live without?

I'm afraid their is little I do live for, nothing really pops into mind.
