Deliverance

Hello, IR here, and here it is; hopefully a really awesome story book. The plot is something like this.



A new power has arisen. A power that will coat the world in blood if not stopped. A man has risen in Germany. His name is Darren Mason. He now leads a powerful company called CHROME, that is developing a technology that could be the end of the world. He is developing a new branch of genetics that has the means to create a super race. "They will be the answer the world has been seeking since the beginning." Darren said. And it seemed to be true, until an army of these perfect people was unleashed on Europe, turning it into a wasteland.

An elite group of soldiers is being formed. They will be called Deliverance; compiled of the best of the best. These soldiers will be the last hope of destroying Darren and his followers before he can kill every last person in the world to fulfill his dream.

You, are the world's last hope.

Rules:

Swearing and violence is allowed. But don't go overboard.

Some things you need to figure out about your character. There are four smaller groups in the whole squad called SecTors. The Missiles, which are the people with the big guns. The Ghosts, which are the stealthier more technology based fighters. The Beserkers, which are mostly hand to hand fighters, more brute force. And the Bullets, which are the automatic gun fanatics. Important; There will be one person in the Deliverance squad that is a spy for Darren. Find and eliminate this spy, and it might make it easier to finish of Darren himself. The spy has already been assigned. It will be secret, also, i will be Darren.

Name: Maria Cosgrove

Appearance: Choppy blond hair and bright blue eyes, Maria has slim body and a perfectly white smile. She is overly pretty but hates the fact because she is nevertaken seriously.

History: Maria grew up on the streets of the United Kingdom, helping with the local gangs that seemed to populate the near apocalyptic streets. She was constantly in the need of money so she was a part of Hustling. She hustled things from computers to candy bars, and her last hustle included very dangerous people and a very dangerous item. So, when she was captured by the police and forced into the army for her hacking skills.
Did I mention? she is a geek, a big computer GEEK.

Appearance: Like this, but older. She wears breathable and easy to move in black pants, and a white t-shirt. Her hair is normally in a ponytail.

History: Her history is known only to her.

Status: Quiet

Name: Ellis Lancaster

Age: 20

Weight: 145 lbs

SecTor: Berserkers

History: Ellis was always a bit of a trouble child, growing up as the not-so-well kept secret of a wealthy British family. He never found his way properly into the gang scene, but did hospitalize many gang-members before finally being picked up by the police. The fact that this was for coming close to killing seven men twice his size when they set upon him was not lost upon anyone, and Deliverance took a quick interest in him. While initially considering him too small to possess the level of brute strength usually required by the Berserkers, taking one look at his knife fighting, they accepted him immediately. No one out-knifes Ellis. He otherwise fits the Berserkers very well, really losing control of himself when in close combat, and just going nuts with any of the assorted knives he keeps on him at all times – everything from heavier hunting knives, to stilettos for precision work, to straight edge razors for when he’s feeling downright mean.

She looks exactly like this, only she has deep blue eyes that have a very small faint ring of hazel around them.

History:Storme was trained in the ways of fighting and combat since a very young age. She has always succeeded and been the best in her classes and has always outranked any of her challenging peers. Her mother and father died when she was only two and she was raised in secret by the Deliverance ever since they heard of her uncanny skills.

No one has ever seen her smile.

Status:Uncontrollable

I hope no one minds, but I’d like to describe my appearance.

Name: Henery Taylors

Age: 25

Weight: 147.3

SecTor: Ghost

Appearance: He is about six five. The shortest in his family, his family averaged six nine. His eyes are green, his face is rather narrow, and his chin is rather sharp. His hair is long, it goes down a few inches shy of his knees in the back. In the front he makes sure to keep it short, instead of having bangs he let them grow out and join with the rest of his hair. He is thin, but weighs just enough to balance out his height and weight. In general he is very muscular, and it shows when he wears tight clothing. He works out more on his torso, and arms, but he works on his legs for speed, and balance.

His favorite set of clothing is a pair of black boots, which look like they can(and have) hiked through anything. On his head he wears a set of silver goggles that glow green where the lenses are. These are basically night vision goggles. He wears some loose black trousers that stretch and don’t restrict his movement. He also has a leather belt with two holsters, and two small packets. In the two holsters are some lightweight pistols, in the right side pouch he keeps some bullets with tranquilizer, on the left side pouch he keeps a portable scanner. He wears a tight, but flexible purple T-Shirt.. to look… manly.

History: He was a lonely little boy, and wanted purpose in his life. His parents said, go to the army. He refused though. The idea sounded close to what he wanted, he didn’t want to go and be trained on being a brute. He went sneaking around his house, crawling through the air vents, and hanging from the ceiling. He stole some minor objects. Then he spread his way of thieving to the rest of the neighborhood. Soon enough he was caught, and his parents, to avoid charges, returned the items, and sent him off to the army. Once he arrived there he was sent somewhere else. A place where he could train to be a “ghost.” Someone who needed to be quick, agile. He liked this, he just had to learn to fight a bit, use a few gadgets, and the rest was natural.

Ok, we are going to need at least two of each SecTor, so try to get more. The more the better. I am going to post Darren's and a Deliverance squad profile but we still need more. Recruit please.

Note: I have two ideas of where to start. One, each person posts one reply on how they were recruited. Or we go right to the plane going over Germany, where everybody parachutes out. Either Pm me or reply on which one you want.

Name: Darren Mason

Age:32

Weight: 160 lbs.

Appearance: He has a hollow, bony face. High cheek bones and pale skin. Black hair, that he slicks over to the side to cover his bald spot. He usually wears a gray suit and tie. Always in his possession is a pistol on his ankle and a knife up his sleeve.

History: He grew up in a poor Ukrainian family. He started providing for his family at the age of 11, for his father left him at birth and his mother had become to sick to work. He always excelled in school but because he was so poor, he didn't ever has the funds to go further. All throughout his live, all he saw was how imperfect the world had become After winning a scholorship for a genetics project, he went to a college in Britain. Even there, he felt like he was smarter than even his teachers. After graduating he started CHROME. Where he disguised his genetic research to destroy all imperfectness and create a new race, as merely trying find a cure for cancer through genetics. Since the world founf out his true goal, he hasn't been seen.

SecTor: Bullets


Appearance: Think bad ass prince charming. Sparkling golden hair, deep blue eyes, a wry smirk and a handsomely squared off chin. Then put that image in a white t-shirt with a balistic vest over the top. Add cargo trousers with pockets full of all kinds of deadly toys and plonk some big black boots on the bottom.


History: An intelligent child from a poor family. At 13 he was granted money and a chance to go to a special school. The school was run by black ops and he proved to be the perfect candidate. At 21 he was drafted into a special forces unit which perfomred assassination and counter terrorism. It was in Afghanistan he gained the name Goliath for killing David Amuhad, one of the most powerful men in the country. When Mason came to power his unit was shut down.


Status: Cheeky

Just in case you didn't see, there will be a new Sector. Cyborg, half human, half robot soldiers. They have built in weopons and enhanced physical abilities as well as strength. But unfortunately, they are always in great pain, because the surgery is unofficial. Which in turn makes them grumpy, and hard to work with. *I couldn't make them perfect*
