I could maybe give suggestions if I saw the picture you looked at, if you'd like any.

It's a good drawing, but it doesn't really look like her. Still...she looks mostly realistic.

Wow this is really good, though J.Haux is right it doesn't look like her and your shadowing on her left side looks like Brad Pitt just gave her a shiner.
But I think it would look really good if you did it on the right side of her face too, then you would have a female THE CROW character which would rock by the way!!! as the effect on the left looks really good if it was face make up

Nice, but I don't see any likeness of her.
It is very realistic, I really like it. Very good work on the realism.

Nice work, I love her hair. It doesn't really look like her and the shadings not too bad.

I think it is very good. I would have to see the pic you were looking at to see how accurate you were. I think the shading is fine. It is just very strong side-lighting. I think the hair looks fine too. How long did she take?

It's very realistic, and I really like her eyes. I can't say that she resembles Jennifer Aniston, but it is really good.

I would love to see the picture you copied this from. It could help me give you more tips. I am rubbish at real life. They end up looking like cartoons anyway.

The hair looks really greasy. Maybe smudge it in, or when doing hair, do it much more lighter, then keep on going over the bits you want dark, but closer together or something...

I would like to help more, but I need that pic.

But just to tell you, it is amazing. I'm jealous.

Wow, now that I've seen both, I can totally see the resemblence. Man, you're good. The hair does look sort of greasy, I agree with Emma. I want to see more of your artwork! :D

I see no deformity...
It's not fair that people can draw other people so much better than me...

Jen would be proud.
