Awww! Its adorable! The lighting is perfect!!!! AWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your dogs are adorable. No objection on that. From a photographic point of view though, this picture has some flaws. The lighting is quite nice but! It causes a shadow one your dog's face (the one in front) taking away the nice texture on the fur, the light created. But that is minor.
My biggest problem is the angle. Angles make a HUGE (caps are necessary) difference in photography. They can make or break a picture. The angle isn't great. I would have gone closer up and more to the right. It would of added a very nice effect if it wouldn't scare your dogs away.
Anyways, cute dogs, work on your angles and focus of the angles and you're fine. ~Kamas

Aw, they are adorable (: I also really like the location you photographed them in (The window sill xD). (:
So cute xD
Though, I don't think the angle which this photo was taken from works very well.I also think the lighter dog's face is a bit in the shadows here and it takes away from the texture of the fur. I like the way the way the light emphasises the texture and sheen of the darker dog's coat.
Overall, this is a pretty decent picture!
Keeping taking pictures (:

Cute cute cute dogs! lol I love how they are sleeping on the window sill it's adorable!
I agree with what the others have posted, the angle that you have chosen just doesn't really work. I think it is due to the way the dog on the left is positioned. It is laid so awkwardly that it creates these odd angles that are unpleasant to the eye. Also you end up spending your time trying to figure out how the dog is lying and where all it's legs are in relation to it's body rather than admiring the photograph. However it is good to try and think about different angles rather than the usual straight on shot. Here though it just doesn't work well as I said before, mainly because of the awkwardness of the position of the dog. Perhaps it may have been better front on because you would have got some of the outside world through the window but then that may have cut out the nice shadows you are getting with the light falling the way it does. Other than that you could have shot from a high angle, so you got the dogs and the shadows and the light. Basically more experimentation with the angle would have been good perhaps and also in future just think about the lines in a photo and composition. You want to compose a photograph so that the lines all flow together and lead the viewers eye through the image.
Other than that you are quite right the light is awesome and as I hinted at before, I love the shadows that the light coming through the window creates and how the light shines off the dogs fur. Also your focus is pretty awesome, everything seems to be crisp and that is always good. Also...sooo cute!
So yeah for next time just think about lines and composition.
Hope I helped and didn't just utterly confused you lol PM me if you want any help. Bex x

I have a few nitpicks that have nothing to do with photography because this follows all rules and the lighting is great and the dogs are adorable and I am so weird, but I love this angle. It's all opinion, I suppose. Anyways, my nitpicks are:
The collar on the light brown dog. It’s wrinkling his neck. I know with the extra skin on that breed that’s going to happen, but it’s bugging me. A lot.
The license. It’s bright blue and in the center of the picture, and because of the bright color, it draws the eye away from the dogs, which I don‘t think is what you want.
The legs. I can’t tell whose legs are whose. You couldn’t have changed this without waking the dogs (I’m not even sure if you could have changed it), but it’s funny/annoying.
This is a really short review for me because I love this picture. Nice work! Keep it up!

Haha, I can't do anything about the collar or the licensee sorry. If I even went near them they would've moved, I was just as lucky as heck to have the camera right next to me. And about the legs you can only see one of the smaller dogs legs and its right by his head on the right side near the window, the rest belong to the bigger dog
But thanks so much for the reviews guys! I have another picture with just the small dog, if you're interested, I show it, I'm pretty sure it has a different angle but then again I'm a noob in photography
Thanks again!

P.S The bigger dog is a she and the smaller is a he.

So cute, you have adorable puppies! The lighting for me was spot on and the location was even cuter! The angle since eveyone else has commented on it, for me was a little off but to me wasn't a big issue.

Awwh! So adorable! Is the black and white one Tucker and the white and orange(...? I can't tell with the bit of shadow covering its face XD) one Maggie? :O They're so cute sleeping on the window sill! /glompifies/
Awwww, I truly love this picture. I think you're a fantastic photographer! ♥
The angle and lighting were quite nice, though as the others have mentioned, the bit of darkness over the dog on the left takes away from its features. That was really the only thing I noticed!
