Reviewing class Today! [Time changed to 7:30pm EST]

And by soon, I mean very very soon! Especially when you're new to the process--but it can be true of anybody--writing helpful reviews can be tricky to get the hang of. I know it can be difficult to read a piece, and then try to look at it in a more in depth, analytical way. Plenty of YWSers find themselves scratching their heads and saying, "Where can I start?" "What is there to say?" We know it's tough. So, to save you from those infamous one-liner reviews, we came up with this plan. Hosted by yours truly the Instructors team, we're going to hold reviewing classes, or discussions, in the chatroom (not the Lounge, but A or B). We will schedule different events for reviews on poetry, different genres of fiction, and perhaps (depending on the level of interest) we might even expand to include reviews in the Art and Photography forum! The hosting instructor(s) will select published pieces, or pieces on YWS (with permission of the author) to use as examples, and together figure out what's good, what's bad, and how you can fill an (at least) 50 word, full length review with helpful advice! Let us know if you're interested!
