**FEE**
I smile as my friends, my family, say such meaningful things, linking arms. I link arms with Lizzie, and smile at Mikael when he links arms with me. He doesn't look at me, rather at Kili, and angry scowl on his face. I don't mind, though. He's here, and he's solid (though rather cold), and he is standing by me and my family, an act that says more about him than anything else. I smile more, turning to Kili. Just as I'm about to tell her to get lost, Daemyn pushes past Lurie, stumbling towards Kili. "I agree with her," He says enthusiastically, standing by her side. He looks horrible in the morning sun, his skin pasty and yellow-tinged, his eyes blank and bloodshot, his liberty spikes ruffled and bent. I look over at Lurie, and see tears welling in her eyes. Before I can stop what I'll know she'll do, she runs towards Daemyn brokenly. "N-no!" She cries, trying to pull him back to us by his arm. "No. You don't agree." I let go of Lizzie and Mikael to go get her. As I'm pulling her back, she's kicking and screaming, sobbing gasps rattling her whole frame. "NO!" She screams, trying to elbow me in the stomach. "YOU DON'T AGREE!" I pull her back to the line, where Lizzie and Zeb hug her and comfort her with whispers. I turn back to face Kili, but her and Daemyn are gone. I close my eyes for a brief, dark, silent moment, then turn to hug Alura. "Lurie," I whisper, gently walking her towards the girl's tent. "Lurie, it'll be ok. I promise." She just sobs into my shoulder, looking back to where Daemyn was standing not ten seconds ago.
