These are just two (very short) random pieces I came up with during one of my many sleepless nights, I thought I would share them as entertainment pieces for all. Here is the first:

The Zombie With Wings.

I came across some wings today. I dont know what kind of bird they must have belonged to but I sewed them to my back anyway.

You said I made a beautiful angel. I asked how a rotting corpse could be anything other then dead ? You smiled and replied so calmly: "Why its the unobtainable goals we seek to overcome that make us truly alive."

And so when you are dead and gone, I'll soar and each downward stroke will bring me closer to you in paradise because my goal was always to be with you forever

The last:

Mr. Spoonman and Little Miss Teapot have a Conversation (part two).

Mr. Spoonman's hand descended and landed atop Little Miss Teapots head.

"Tell me my dear Teapot girl, but what do you make of these crude implements?"

"Why they are of metal Mr. Spoonman. Are these not little apple knifes? For the slicing of little apples and the like?"

"Oh my, what a fine head you have attached to your shoulders. Indeed my dear they are and of whose do they belong?"

"But of course they belong to Sir Knife?"

"Yes indeed they do. Crude and violent implements made by a man so deranged he'd have you believe it necessary to cut up the most innocent of fruits."

"I wish I had a man-eating vine for a houseplant,"

"If I heard ticking coming from somewhere I'd put my head close to the source of the sound too,"

Okay: Your title grabbed me from the getgo. I can see now you were just sort of throwing in words involved in your stories, but it really hooked me from the beginning. I was all like "Whoa... Must read."

I loved these. They were short. They were random. And yet they were so good. It's like flash fiction. Seriously, I wasn't sure what I was expecting and I'm still not sure exactly what to make of them, but I really really love them.

The "Zombie" was my favorite of the two, just because it had such a strange premise and a neat little paradox, as it were. I did like the dialogue of the "Teapot" story though. It seemed so quaint and absurd, like something out of Lewis Carrol.

"Why its the unobtainable goals we seek to over come that make us truly alive."

This seems to be a question, so I'd put a question mark at the end. If it's sort of a rhetorical "why", then I'd rewrite the sentence as such:

Why, it's the unobtainable goals we seek to over come that make us truly alive.

Mr. Spoonman and Little Miss Teapot have a Conversation (part two).

Is there a part one?

Very, very nice. Loved it.

Am glad you enjoyed them, they were just little random things.

The Zombie one is my fav as well and is just something that came to my mind. And yes the: "Why its the unobtainable goals we seek to over come that make us truly alive." It makes more sense if you read it out loud, its not meant to be a question but I see what you mean.

And as for Mr Spoonman and Little Miss Teapot there are plenty of convo's between them. I randomly come up with their dialogue, however Part one is missing and I cannot seem to find where it's gotten to.

Thanks for the compliments <3

This was quaint but i really, really liked it. One thing
Nightmares wrote:"Why its the unobtainable goals we seek to over come that make us truly alive."

Good quote and definetely not a question. But it's "overcome." one word. It's a nasty-looking word, i know. But it's real.
And that's it. Great job.

Oh thanks for pointing that out, I thought perhaps it might have been but wasn't too sure.
