I have an idea to write a story about a teenage girl named Anna having a stillbirth and going through a suicidal phase years later. I did start to consider calling it A Stillborn Angel based on the baby's tombstone inscription, but I don't think that suggests the plot. I want the title to suggest Anna's depression. I am really rubbish with titles!
Don't worry about the title. Worry about writing. Even if you think that the title fits the plot now, it probably won't once you're finished or even a few chapters in. All plots twist around when you're writing; there are no exceptions. And you want to let them twist because that's when the good stuff comes out.

I think the title is perfectly fine, most titles relate to a specific piece of the story not the whole plot, and generally not the main emotion. Stillbourne Angel is unique and will attract people rather then some book that has a title that says this book is about deppression. So keep the previous title, and if you get struck with a better idea then fine, but I think the one you have is very strong.

If you are having trouble, just name the book when you are finished and happy with it. I'm hopeless at thinking of names for other books but I can give a little advice (:
I try to keep it short and simple and with the theme you are going for a title that is not very long would be perfect.
I read a good artical somewhere that suggested the author think of one word that mainly relates to your story. So, off the top of my head when I read the information you give me I think of "Graves" (which is a bit morbid) so then you can fit other words around it, eg "The grave angel"... Or your word could be something different entirely, I prefer the title you have already to the example I just gave you! Another example. Your word could be 'Stillborn', so you have, "A Stillborn Angel" (of course), "Stillborn Hearts"... the list goes on...
Write a list of possible titles including A Stillborn Angel, say them all out aloud and decide how they sound. Also, be sure to ask family and friends what they think.
I suggest doing all of this when you feel the book is complete. Good luck with it (:
