The fingers are too short and skinny for the palm. But I love the shading and shape you gave the hand. The colouring is a little rough. Like you see the lines like a lot. It makes it look messy. You wanna cover every inch of paper, by either press more lightly on your pen and swishing it back and forth quickly or take the time to colour it darkly and filling out all the white spots. My cheat: I use marker for backgrounds, it look neat and it's a lot easier. Otherwise the lines are neat, the colour contrast is nice and you have a steady hand. Good job!

I really like the idea behind this picture, it's really cool. To improve the proportion of your fingers to your hand you could very easily draw around your own hand (however unartistic that may sound) or sketch it out rough, use shapes and make it pretty basic so you can form the the fingers and other detals later! As for colouring your background try using the simple side-to-side shading motion or a different type of colouring material, use a pen/pencil that produces a thicker line when you draw as colouring can get tiresome and it seems as though you rushed to finish this.
I do love the the different colours and it was wise to use a black background so they all stand out (: Good job and continue drawing!

the palm is the is about the same length of the middle finger or you make the fingers longer also the pinky should be alot shorter about 1/4 short the thumb is abit short as well i like the colours coming out of the finger tips but you need to colour in properly because i can see the white under the colouring and and add more colour to the hand unless its a vampire
