Name Adam Robinson
Age 17
Group Monster in development
Power/s When he gets angry or scared, he goes beserk and becomes a crazed killing machine. The more this happens, the more he progresses physically to his final monstrous form. Heals faster than most people do, and has a very high tolerance for pain.
Weapon/s Er, he doesn't have a weapon besides his own body. Skilled in several martial arts, though.
Weakness It's becoming harder and harder for him to control himself. His appearance has been affected by the virus to the point that hiding among humans is difficult. Has considered turning himself in, wondering if the government scientists could reverse his condition somehow.
Open for love? Yeah, but he'll try to keep others at arm's length at first since his condition is deteriorating.
Appearance Very dark hair and eyes, palish skin (his father was Caucasian, his mother Korean). His canine teeth are longer and sharper than normal, right arm is covered with dark scales.
Personality Considering his problems, Adam is surprisingly mellow and level-headed. Doesn't get close to people easily.

Aleah heard the sickening snap of breaking bones. She cocked her head to one side, listening, quiet as she could possibly be.

Suddenly a white tiger rounded the corner. Its mouth was red. Aleah stiffened. This was definetely a Shifter. There was no doubt about it. The question was, was this a friendly shifter?

It was best to be cautious until she knew for sure. "Hello." She said. The tiger looked at her with intelligent eyes.

"I don't mean you any harm. Please change into your human form."
Just another quack spouting psychobabble.

The tangy blood was still sweet on Ava's tongue as she slinked around the corner. The smell of an Inferno blasted her immediatly, causing black dots to block her vision. Hopefully, this person could lead her to the hideout.

"Hello," a girl said, with her long, fiery said. She looked cautious, and Ava couldn't blame her. The girl anxiously twiddled her long fingers that were so obviously used to shape the fire.

"I don't mean you any harm. Please change into your human form," the girl said. Ava tensed. Asking for her human form was suspicious, but then again, if she attacked this girl, she might not have anyway to reach the hideout. The great white tiger sighed and turned back and ran into the alley. Immediately Ava morphed, but not all the way. This was a special techinique Grayson had taught her. These half-human forms were also very powerful.

This way, she was still modest, but could talk to the girl. She knew how odd she looked though with her long twitching tail and perky cat ears. This form was very unique and few had mastered it. It was something Ava took much pride in.

Ava rounded the corner again to find the Inferno with another girl. The scent of a mentalist, a sort of metallic smell, radiated off of the new girl, and Ava spat.

"Why hello," she called, hearing the growling edge cut through the air menancingly. Ava flinched and hoped the first impression wasn't too bad.

**I'm just introducing her character because she's a little different. This is no one's character, (that she's interacting with) just so you know!**

Karie - Human

Karie was steathly examining the Malformers. They were dispicable and not human. They needed to be taken out of this world.

She spotted a girl that looked to be 16, walking nervously down the street. A malformer, Karie thought, angered.

Karie jumped off the top of the building, landing perfectly on her feet. She didn't need a 'power' to be dangerous.

"Hello there, Malformer," she whispered in a voice so soft, yet so cold it caused the girl to shiver.

"Who are you?" The girl demanded. The air stirred as her power wakened, ready to be used.

Karie shook her head. "I don't think so, girl," she spat, diving for her.

Karie slid the dagger from her wrist into her palm. Grabbing the Twister girl's hair, she jerked her head up, exposing her throat.

"Goodbye, little Malformer," she replied, slicing the knife across the girl's throat.

Karie stood, wiped her vlade in the grass and walked away. Someone would find the body eventually. For now, she would rest. There were many more Malformers to be hunted.

MILES - MENTALS

He strode down the road. There was a limp lump ahead of him. Miles cocked his head to the side, and walked up to it.

As he heared she saw the form more clearly. The long golden red hair and the shape of a human. Miles gasped and fell backward.

He crawled towards the girl. Her throat was slit and the dark red blood had run down her fair skin and into her hair.

Miles stood up and carryied the dead girl in his arms. "Help!" He screamed, praying someone would hear him.

Aleah saw the Shifter come back around the corner, halfway between tiger, and human. She was impressed, in spite of herself. "Why hello," the newcomer called. Aleah heard the animal-like growl in her voice. She shivered a little. This person was dangerous, there was no doubt about it. She forced a smile. "Hello. I'm Aleah." Then she heard a shout.

"Help!" She glanced at the Shifter. The Shifter seemed startled as well. They both ran in the direction of the sound. As they ran Aleah cupped her hands in front of her face, and blew gently. A small flame licked her fingers. Just in case. She thought.

She saw a boy about her age walking down the road, carrying something, or someone, in his arms. She slowed and walked up to him, closing her palm and extinguishing her flame. She saw the limp form of a teenage girl in his arms, who had a slit in her throat. Blood was still pouring from the wound. Anger surged through her, and her hair began spitting sparks. This sort of thing shouldn't happen! It was a crime too terrible to imagine! She ignored the alarmed look on the boy's face, and began speaking. "What happened?"

MILES - MENTALS

Miles looked at the girl, or more like glared. "Do you think I would have called for help if I knew?"

"So what? Did you just find her like this?" The girl asked. Miles felt her emotion. She was anger...and a little scared. After all, the Malformers were constantly hunted.

"Yes. It's only just happened, though. Obviously," Miles replied. "She's...well, we can't save her. The girl is too far gone, but I want to know who did this."

"Agreed," another voice growled. "Someones playing by their own rules. We could be next on the list."

Aleah's hair continued sparking. One landed on her hand. She flicked it away angrily. "This is terrible. Anyone who does this to anyone else can recieve no punishment painful or harsh enough to remedy." She said this so sincerely and with such meaning that it startled the others.

"Well, it's obvious that we're all Malformers. She was obviously one too." Aleah guestured to the body. "It wasn't another one of us, that's for certain. It wasn't a member of the government either. We're too valuable to them to kill. It must be a rouge human. A very dangerous one by the look of it." Her hair ceased sparking as she talked.

Adam- Monster

Adam shivered as he trudged down the street, though it wasn't cold out. He was wearing a long-sleeved shirt and gloves to obscure his arms or, to be more precise, his right arm.

He passed a short woman with silvery-blonde hair who was just about to enter an apartment building. She froze and turned her head slightly as he passed.

Adam pretended that he hadn't seen her. It was the best way to avoid attention, unwanted or otherwise.

Suddenly he heard footsteps behind him. He was being followed.

He tried to keep from feeling nervous. That would only result in discovery. And he could NOT under any circumstances be seen for what he was.

I trudged the city, my packback filled with food that would keep me and the few malformed around the lake alive for the time being. As much i loved the lake and the quiet serenity of my hut, i missed the hussle and bustle of the streets and longed for the welcoming scent of vehicles and factories. As i wandered through the streets heading for the lake i began to notice a strange symbol scratched onto some houses. I spotted a group of young men gathered outside a house bearing the mark.
"Excuse me, i was wondering. What exactly is that symbol? I've seen it around but no one has explained it to me."
"Its the sign of the Human Purity Alliance."
"The who?" I asked. Please god not a government operation again, i thought worriedly.
"Us. Well and a few of the other neighbour lads. Were keeping our street clean. Other day we chased this weird old psychic biddy out of town."
Weird old psychic biddy? The old lady from the lake. She said she had been chased out by some youths after she saved a childs life.
"Your not one of them are you?" Asked a beady eyed man with a prison tatoo.
"And what if i was?" I sniped.
"Then we'd have to get you gone." They spat picking up the bits of pipe and wood that passed for weapons.
"Get away from me!" I warned them but i knew it was too late from the weird gleam in their eyes.
"Fine!" I shouting stamping down and renting the earth between me and them in two.
"Come and get me." I smirked, already searching the ground for a pocket of magma or even a minor fault.

The ground shook. Aleah bent her knees and rode through it. After it stopped she straightened. "That wasn't natural. There's another one of us somewhere near here." She looked around, calculating. "That way." She pointed, and began walking.

Ava watched the Inferno stalk off chasing tremors. The mentalist boy followed after her hurridly, but something about the situation didn't quite fit for her. Not to mention the fact she was currently half tiger which would not go well walking around in a city. In fact, the government would be on them in only a matter of moments.

"I need to morph," Ava called out.

"Then why don't you?" the Mentalist asked, raising an eyebrow as he turned around.

"It's a matter of nudity," she replied harshly, "And the fact I'm not completely comfortable with that." The boy's gaze fell on the ground but then he just shrugged. Then the girl piped up.

"I've got something for you!" she said happily.
