I may be no help what so ever but I am going to comment any way because these are really beautiful photos you have taken I particularly loved the first, thrid and forth. The second, in my opinion is really nice (the impression is that the building just carries on forever in the sky is really nice but in my eyes, I personally find the building to be a bit... urm, not nice looking? maybe it is just from that angle- i don't know) The thrid seems really crowded, especailly because of the tree to the left but the more I look at it, the more it seems to 'work'? The forth picture I find would be just lovely if all the snow/ice whatever, was white. Yellow snow?
Saying this, my favourite would be the first but what do you think? That's what counts.

I would say to enter number three. It's got the best composition of the four- odd numbers, a focus point at each 'rule of thirds' cross point, a web of branches to carry your eye from one focus point to the next- and it's in general a beautiful picture.
The fourth picture is another one you could use. I would personally cut a little bit off the bottom so there isn't so much empty space there and the eye doesn't get lost. It's a beautiful picture otherwise.
You could really enter any one of these pictures, but my order for favourites is: third, fourth, first and second. The first seemed a bit busy with the tree branch right in the middle of the frame, and the second picture just feels flat compared to the snowy landscapes.

I'd have to say 1 or 2 all the way. The problem with the others is that they've already been done before. The aerial perspective is very common as well as dramatic close ups. (I'm not saying they're not good. They look awesome) Give them something new to look at. The symmetry of both one and two is wonderfully done, and both make you widen your eyes when you look at them.

These are all great photographs. I especially love the first and third, just because they're taken from such a neat angle. The second one is well done, and I also like the angle, but it's just not popping out at me. Perhaps if the sky were a little brighter or if the shadows were a bit more defined. But really, it isn't a bad picture. I love how the background of the fourth is blurred out. It really helps to capture the essence of the image and helps the ice on the branch stand out nicely. It's a beautiful image, and the only thing I can really comment on about it (besides how wonderful a picture it is) is the bottom left, how there seems to be a bit of disconnected ice/snow there. Cropping that out would help to make sure the eye is drawn to the subject of the image, but it really isn't that big of the problem.
For the picture you want to enter...I really, really like the first one. The colors and the clarity of the image are amazing, and the snow on the branches is beautiful (but remember, this is coming from someone who hasn't seen snow in nearly six years so my opinion may be a bit biased). The third picture is also good, but it's a bit busy (which may or may not necessarily be a bad thing, as the picture catches your eye). I was originally going to suggest you go with the third picture for your fair, but after looking at it for a few minutes it was hard to decide where to look next. I wanted to follow the branches, but my eye kept going back to the darker trunks of the trees. Maybe I'm just being picky. It's still a wonderful picture. And again, I love the angle, and of course the snow.
So my suggestion to you would be to go with picture one. But really, go with whichever you feel is right and would catch people's attention easiest. They're all great photos.
