Wow, this is really good. I like it a lot. I like how you used color-splash (where the background is in black and white and the person is in color). Good shading and good work on the face, though the ear looks small compare to the rest of the face. Another thing is his thumb. It's a bit deform. But other than that, looks great(:

Keep it up :)

Wow! That was really good. I like the leaves in the background. And the way you made his mouth seemed very natural to me. The clothes are very realistic and detailed. That's a good thing! =)
The only thing I found to be a little off, was his thumb. Near the start of it, it's very thin. Then it gets thicker and makes the thumb look odd.
But other than that, the picture is great. Very well done.

Hey there, Moonglowe!

I really do like this drawing. It's very proportionate, very human-like, yet still with that cartoon kind of feel. Though there are a few things I'd like to point out.

-Background: The background alone is very lovely. It's so soft and elegant. Which is why it doesn't fit at all with the person. I know the background isn't a huge part of this, but it still needs to kind of... go with actual focus of the piece. Otherwise, it makes your character just look like an afterthought. Or vice versa. Also, I'm not the biggest fan of the already-made effects you used. I would have liked to see something more original, something you drew yourself. Not something that the program makers drew for you.

-Hand: The knuckles look incredibly realistic. I've never been good at drawing hands in pockets, so I was pleased to see that you could do it so well. Only... well, as Vandria pointed out, the thumb kind of ruined it. It's not proportionate at all. It's really skinny at the beginning and then gets fat and lumpy towards the end. I would make it much shorter, with a thicker bottom part of the thumb. That way it would match the rest of his beautifully drawn hand.

-Roughness: I absolutely loved the wrinkles you drew in his clothes. It's very soft and realistic. But it doesn't really match him on the whole. His lines are very rough and sketchy. You can tell the parts where you were too afraid to colour over the white because it was getting too close to the edges you'd already drawn, thus the little white streaks here and there. If that makes any sense (I'm sure it does not). He just looks so... rough and unfinished. Like you needed to go around and smooth the lines a little bit. Another thing that bothers me is the fact that while most of him is outlined by black lines (which isn't always the best idea), his nose is not. It's too soft for the rest of him, and it looks a little odd.

Despite all the harsher comments, however, this really is great. A problem people often have is they start at the top of the person really big, and then as they get down to their legs, their body kind of shrinks, making them quite unrealistic. You, obviously, have no problem with this, because he's in perfect order. Except for you thumb, everything fits him perfectly. And as I said earlier, I love the wrinkles in the fabric. Excellent job on that.

Keep on drawing!

Wow, this is so good, I'm hopeless when it comes to editing images you see! A few little things though:

The thumb looks weird, slightly. Also, even with the 3D effect, some of him looks flat. You can see little bits of white around the edges of the guy. The coloured bit of his eye is too large. The shape of his nose is a little odd.

Despite this, I love it. The background is fantastic, and the overall effect of the character is wonderful. I love the colours you use on his hair, and the creases you put in his clothing. Thank you for posting, I am in awe!

its a nice picute but the part of the thunb is to thin also you need to and more creases especially to the sidesits it should'nt be a almost straight line on the back of the arm i like the stlye of the hair but you need more lighting and shading .... well actually you should put more shading and lighting everywhere and add depth to the eyes so light it near the bottoms with some white dots well not whit but you know what i mean
