Well, I'm Liliana and I'm, obviously, an aspiring writer/author. I've had dreams of publishing a book of my own since sixth grade, I'm entering ninth in September.
Anyways, I'm not sure what I should be writing.

Hello Lilliex and welcome to our crazy YWS site. This is the perfect place to help jumpstart your writing dreams. We have a few rules here on YWS. I'm Lucy Pennykettle, but since it's a mouthful to say, you can call me Lucy or Luce.
We have a 2:1 ratio on posts in the literary forums here. That means that you need to do 2 reviews for every story you post. Simple enough. If you don't, you will be scowled upon by all YWSers and your constant supply of cookies will be dicontinued for a few weeks. Just kidding, we would never stop the amount of cookies you get on here.

On YWS we don't like to use a lot of chat-speak on here. Some like brb or lol is fine, but we don't want to see a lot cuz its vry annoying and ppl dnt lke to read it. Also we don't appreciate CAPS on here. IT'S ALSO VERY ANNOYING AND IT GIVES ONE A FEELING OF BEING YELLED AT.

Lastly, we would appreciate it if you would rate your stories you post. If your writing has very bad or constant swearing, sexuality, or graphic scenes please rate it R.

Hi Lilliana! I think the best way for you to start figuring out what you want to write is to explore the forums, and read some of other peoples' work. Then, when you find a topic that you really like to read and critique from, start writing there! Have fun, and welcome!
