Just ... wow. This is crazy amazing. You have wonderful detail, and shading and ... wow! I can't really find a fault with this. I think maybe the only thing that I'd say to change would be the one ... er ... mustache thingy? On the left. The one that's curved. It looks kind of weird to me.
But, seriously. I think this is just amazing as it is. You have like, amazing artistic talent! This is crazy good.
