Okay, first off, wow. This was done with Microsoft Pain, right? The most impossible program to draw with? This is really amazing! But, alas, I came here to review, not gape and gaw. So lets start off with
The Front Legs. The back legs are fine, with the left being longer. One the front legs, however, both are at the same level. If you were trying to make it seem like the upper body was turned to face us, then the back (as in, the back of the dog, the spine)should maybe come closer to the screen, in a slight arc or something. Now how 'bout
The White. Although your dog probably has white spots, the white seems a bit out of place here and computer generated. Maybe a different tool, or a darker, light gray instead? It just seems very pixely. And the nails... You might want to try a small brush size. Now I'll look at
The Nose. I can't see it... I want to see, I know the cute little black nose is there, but it looks just like the rest of the face. Maybe you could outline it with that lighter shade you used? Now I'm gonna compliment you on
The Shading. I love how you used the gray on the black, it looks so real! I'm sure this part took you ages. Well, it paid off. This look amazing! And what about those
Eyes. They're so cute! So big! And still they carry a realistic-ish shape. I love those eyes, they're so cute! I just wanna hug that dog. Anyways, there's still
The Flower. Being all angular really adds a cool... oh, what's the word? Augh! It being kind of opposite to the realistic roundness of the dog is really fun. And there's this one little thing I wanted to suggest, about
The Background. It would be so awesome with a background, whether you drew one or used a picture. The blue makes you focus on the dog, but after you're done with that you go, "This is missing something..." But that's it.
Overall:
Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, and a few million more "wow"s. This is really great, it looks good and real for the program. You're really good at this, I'd love to see what else you could do!

I totally agree with texan. That piece is really good. I am no artist myself, nor do I particualy take an interest, but my sister does, and so I know a lot about it.
This is really good, howevery the darkness can tend to hide features so bewear of that in the future.
I wrote your name in the sand and the sea washed it away! I wrote your name in my heart and there it will stay.
Did you do this on Paint? If so, you're really good.
I like the detail on the dog; the spray tool really created a nice, fuzzy effect for fur. The flower in the back seems a bit out of place, seeing as the dog has a softer brush style to him, and the flower's mostly sharp. It's neat, but it's not really connected to the ground, so it looks a tad misplaced, dearie.
But, great work! I'm afraid of his claws... xD

That is so cute! I love it. I like how you drew the flower. But Wow! The puppy is awsome! I tried to draw like a snowman on te paint thing and all it looked like was a big blob of white and other colors. But you drew a puppy! And a really good one! HOpe you keep drawing!
hey!! Pudin here!
This is extremely cute and extremely good and Ican't believe you did it in Paint I can barely draw a small house house there. The flower looks original and the paws well, thw paws look fantastic. The whole drawing is so cute.

I like your drawing. I think it would look better if you put the white spots on the dog in solid circles like you did with dirt under the flower instead of spraying the white spots. I like how you made the dog's eyes shiny looking. If I made that picture I would of made a sun and some hills in the back ground. I like how you put the dogs foot prints in the picture. Is Daisy your dog or did you just name your picture Daisy? Keep making pictures.
