I thought it was amazing! (Well, not compared to the book, but I'm really trying not to do that.)

Tom Felton was like omg! When did he get so hot? I was glad he got a lot more screen time. Did anyone notice the blatantly obvious symbolism with the birds he was testing the Vanishing Cabinet with? You know, how the white bird died but the black bird didn't?

It was definetely the funniest movie yet. And I lvoe how the Death Eaters can do their little shadows shooting through the sky thing. That's some cool special effects right there.

Although, I didn't really expect the Inferi to look like that. I always imagined them as more like that Samara girl from "The Ring."

Writing down everything I disliked about this movie would take far too long, and none of you would want to read it all. So instead I have a video, this person sums basically everything I found wrong with this movie. This is not me by the way.

Warning: He drops curses many times in the videos, the F-word is said many times.

Ahaha, Half Blood Prince.
I watched it, then stepped out of the theater and yelled, "Marry me, Severus Snape!" xD Pretty much anything with Alan Rickman in it turns me into a crazy fangirl.
Spoiler
Although, I'm pretty sure I'm the only person here who got choked up when Dumbledore died. xD

Also, Helena Bonham Carter always does really well. She's a great actress. *coughMrs.Lovettcough*

You're definetely not the only person who got choked up, Lucinda. I burst into tears and had to run from the theater as soon as the credits rolled. The part where they all raised their wands at the very end was the part that really got me.

I didn't enjoy the film much, it has to be said. The storyline felt really rushed. It had its brilliant moments, like the skin conversation :) but overall, it left a bad taste in my mouth. It concentrated a lot on what I would condsider the less important parts of the story, then proceeded to neglect much of the plot. It also irritates me when film adaptations cut out so much of the book, then add in random scenes the directors have made up, the cornfield scene in the Half-Blood Prince being a classic example.

Yeah, I saw it and I liked it, but... definitely not the best HP movie. For me, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix are the best of best.

Although, I loved Tom Felton's appearance(♥D), and Bellatrix character...

I definitely liked it. I appreciated the mixture of humor and suspense, as opposed to the darker overall feel of the earlier movies; a little laughter interspersed among the shivers makes the shivers go deeper.

Oddly enough, I didn't choke up so much at the end, but instead at the beginning, when the reporters were badgering Harry and Dumbledore put his arm around him. It really hit me hard for some reason, and I'm not sure exactly why.

Looking forward to Deathly Hallows!

I went and saw the movie with family...a long time ago, not just recently. Maybe the day after it came out or so. I did like most of the movie, but it lacked action, as I think it was more of a 'develop the characters more' movie. But, it's Harry Potter, and I loved it. I kept telling myself not to jump when the hand came out of the water when in the cave, but I jumped nearly two feet in the air when it did. Haha. And of course, I nearly cried with Dumbledore dying...great movie though.

Loved this movie. I, same as silver, kept telling myself not to jump when the hand came out. I did, though. And even though I knew
Spoiler
that Dumbledore was going to die
I still nearly cried. More of a character development movie, I believe.

A decent movie in itself, but if you considered it as part of the whole harry potter fad, it made me want to jump off a high bridge adorned below with sharp rocks and eagle sharks.

Yeah. My two favorites are Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix. The Goblet of Fires' cool, but not one of the best...

Agreed! I love how quirky her characters have been. :D
