Whoa, this is a really good painting! I like how the colors are rather mellow and pastel.
Unfortunately, this just looks like a "sexy" picture to me. I think it is because the subject of your painting does not have many "little girl", or, that is, even pre-teen attributes. She looks all woman.
I would try to make her look more youthful, and then maybe give her more child-like clothing? Does that mae sense?
Also... one boob is a lot higher than the other. =p Just thought I should mention.
I really to like this painting though. You have a ton of talent, you should post more here on YWS!
