I think it's cool, Mimi, though I do have to say that the green... goop dripping is a bit much. It's a little... gross-looking? XD
Did you take the shot? If you did, great work on clarity, focus, and color-- unless that's edited. In any case, I love the vivid green of the eye. Nice work, Mimi.

Hello,
I'm Awake and I'm going to give you a little review today.
The eye it,s self is beautiful. The amount the pupil has dilated really gives the emotion to the picture. The iris it's self is amazingly gorgeous! The colour, the shading in it, the glassy reflection, superb! The white of the eyes (I forget the name) with the spider like veins give an intensity to the picture.
As for the make up, I would have loved to see contrasting, bright yet dark mysterious colours just to give it that more atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, the makeup done is great but to really make it dynamic... but I guess you rally didn't have a choice about it.
I agree with Juniper, the green goop went a little too far.
This is a really great picture and congrats for that! I'd love to see more of your work!
I shall but love thee better after death.

Wow, nice. That's amazing, especially the coloring in the lashes. I used to do that kind of thing with photo shop and eyes, there's just something so lucid and magically about the pupil and iris.

Everything has been figured out, except how to live.
I love it! I personally love green eyes and the way you made the green pop out among the white is amazing. I love the lashes too. The way they add to the eye is mezmerizing. I love your work, you should do more. Love it!
When all you have is nothing, there is alot to go around.
Whoa, that looks so cool. If only eyes could be that intense in real life! XD The makeup really added to the picture as well. Plus eyes are just cool, period. I like how it reflects a landscape in the eye. As I said, the makeup was nice, but it looks a bit messy up so close. It's the little dots under the lower eyelashes that bother me, mostly. If you could clean those up and even out the skin tone just a bit, it'd be great. And also, yeah. The green goop seems a bit out of place. I appreciate it, like, artistically, however, I think the placement right in the corner of the eye is a bit awkward. xD To me, the eye is more of a classy, mysterious looking thing, so I wasn't expecting to see green drippy stuff. Overall, I love it, there are just a few little nitpicks. xD

At the risk of echoing everyone else, the green goo doesn't really seem to sync with the rest of the picture. It's kind of a cool idea, the goo along with the intensity of the eye and veins in it, but the way it was executed just doesn't seem to work well.
Other than that, I love this picture. I'm a sucker for great eye pictures and the makeup and landscape just make this so phenomenal. How much of this is from the original and how much did you add?
Oh my gosh. That is so creepy looking to me. I love it entirely! It has depth and is so disturbing. It is like looking at emotion. It reminds me of jealousy.
Oh, well, that changes everything. *throws out first review that I was just about to post*
Hey! So, since I didn't see the original, I don't know what you did and did not edit, so I'll just go with the green tear/paint drip/eye gunk. To know what I'm talking about, look in the attachment.
Red Circle: There's... paint... on her tear duct?? You do not put makeup on you tear duct! Unless, of course, this is supposed to be an alien tear. Even then, it's on the tear duct! Nothing ever, ever, ever, ever should be on your tear duct. I'm sorry for yelling, but this is really bugging me.
Red Square: This seems a bit unnatural. The color is fine, but this doesn't move with the skin. It has no texture, no depth. Great idea, but it could use a little work.
Green Circle: I love this part. It looks so natural, like makeup (that should be an oxymoron, "natural like makeup", but you know what I mean). Very well done!
Overall: Great idea, but it could use a little work.
