Welcome to Black Cemetary, one of the nicest graveyards in the world, shared by many races. with hills upon hills covered in graves, crypts, and mosoleums.

It appears to be just a normal graveyard, but trust me when I say that it's not.

The Plot

When the sun sets, everything in Black Cemetery comes to life. Well, the spirits and statues do anyway. In the front and back of the yard are large, wrought iron gates, and beside those gates stand large, angelic looking statues holding large swords. These beings are called the Guardians. They protect the graveyard from vandals and such. They are almost the commanders of the yard. The other spirits come alive and mosey around the yard, talking with friends and family, and waiting for the day when they can leave the yard and go somewhere else. The Guardians make it so that they don't have to worry about humans roaming around. They all live in perfect harmony.

But one night, that harmony is shattered when four humans are locked in the graveyard, and they cannot be let out for a week. The graveyard is thrown into chaos, and at this point, no one knows what will happen...

Male Spirit 1-

Name: Anthony Beauregard (Everyone calls him 'Bee')

Age: 97 (Was 24 when he died)

Birthday: August 9, 1839

Death Day: December 13, 1863

What's On Their Grave Stone: May the sun shine for you tomorrow.

History: Anthony was born in France in the year 1839. His family relocated to America when he was seven and they lived together in a small farm house in Georgia. When he was seventeen, he was forced into the army under command of General Lee in the American Civil War. He died from wounds he received at the battle of Missionary Ridge. His body was sent back to his family, who buried him in Black Cemetery.

Personality: Anthony, or Bee as he is called by his friends and family, is a complete gentleman. He's old-fashioned, charming and has a soft heart. He'll go out of his way to help just about anyone, strangers included, and won't expect anything in return. He's friendly and easy to get along with, and seems to have very few fears especially now that he is dead. He has a cheery outlook on his future and is an optimist. He earned the nickname 'Bee' for occasionally acting like an energetic 5-year-old if in a particularly good mood, because he seems to buzz with energy and happiness.

Ethnicity: French

Appearance: Picture. Anthony has thick, slightly curly black hair that nearly reaches down to his shoulders and dark eyes. He stands nearly 6 foot and has an incredibly slim build, with narrow facial features and very lightly tanned skin. The clothing that he was buried in is the same as in the picture. It's a simple, old-fashioned black suit. He will occasionally be seen wearing a black top hat as well.

Other: He's up for love, but I'm going to be selective with pairing requests.

I call female spirit 2!

Name Rebecca Brackenbury

Age 225 (But looks 23)

Birthday March 2, 1784

Death Day January 19, 1807

What's on Their Grave Stone (if they have one) "What is left when honor is lost?"

History She came from Britain to live in a wealthy American family's home, and was seen as a likely match for the son of the house's master. Rebecca did not care much for the family. The wife was a flawless homemaker, but was disdainful of Rebecca's love for the written word. The son was had no personality, and the father was demanding and controlling. Rebecca would often retire to their extensive library to absorb the books that the family had never read. One day, the father banned her from the library, frustrated that Rebecca paid more attention to their books than the son. Rebecca lasted a few months in that torture before she threw caution to the wind and set off on her own. Rebecca had a romantic view of how the real world was, and did not prepare at all for being on her own. As the winter cold set in that night, Rebecca succumbed to its grasps. The family found her body the next morning, and felt obligated to put on a funeral.

Personality Rebecca is naive and sweet, but she is also determined. She models her behavior off of the characters from the books she has read. She tends to romanticize the situation.

Ethnicity British

Appearance http://silentfuneral.deviantart.com/art/Her-Ghost-Awaits-123294856

Other Up for love

I call Male Spirit 2

Name: Jack Reed
Age: 26 (appears 23)
Birthday: October 17th 1983
Death Day: May 23rd 2006
What's on Their Grave Stone: "Somebody may miss you, but we sure don't" painted on below this is "Our love will stand forever, wait for me." this inscription is hidden by tall grass that covers most of Jack's grave.
History: Jack has no knowledge of his birth family whatsoever. He was abandoned hours after he was born and sent to an orphanage in Spain. Only a few months later he was adopted by an American family and was taken to live with them in New Jersey. His new mother was always incredibly kind and loving to him, but his new father eventually grew tired of him. He wanted a son who would grow up and be a doctor or a scientist, but Jack wanted to be a musician. After his mother passed away from cancer, his father turned very angry and cynical. Jack was happy when he got to get out of the house and be on his own. Jack was about to propose to his girlfriend of 2 yearswhen his deranged father came after him and murdered him with an ax in his apartment.
Personality: In life Jack was filled with creativity and music. His love for his girlfriend kept him easy going and fun. Jack was a bit of a romantic and expressed this well towards his girlfriend. Jack was dependable and always good to his word and his friends. Now in death these qualities still exsist in Jack, but his sorrow completely overcomes him. He has watched his beloved move on to another man and has become cynical and depressed from this.
Ethnicity: Spanish
Appearance: Jack is pretty tall at 6'1" with a semi-muscular build. He has short black hair and piercing green eyes. Jack is always wearing ripped black jeans and a white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and no shoes (he only has one white sock and one black sock on his feet). He was half changed to go to dinner with his girlfriend when he was murdered, so his attire reflects that now.
Other: Not up for love, or at least not easily up for love. He's got a lot of pain and heartbreak stored up in him. He really just needs a friend.
Got YWS?

((I'd like to claim Male Spirit 3.))

Name: Sergei Berg
Age: 76 (died at 27)
Birthday: April 17, 1933
Death Day: December 2, 1960
What's on Their Grave Stone: "Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you." --Khrushchev (It was meant as an insult to him. He has the last laugh now that the USSR has disbanded, however.)
History: Berg was a nuclear physicist and worked for the USSR during the Nuclear Arms Race. What his superiors didn't know was that he was leaking information to the US for the last five years of his life. When they found out, he was summarily executed.
Personality: He can be surly and is irritated that so few people in the cemetary share his scientific interests. Analytical, methodical, and very intelligent, it takes a bit to earn his respect. Comes off as cold and aloof. Underneath it all, he really does care for others.
Ethnicity: Russian (technically from the USSR)
Appearance: 5'11", trim, dark brown hair, blue eyes. Still wears a labcoat. Glasses. Bullet hole in his temple.
Other: If someone wishes to have him as a romanic interest, you'd better be ready to work for it. That's not to say he isn't open to the idea of love, but he's determined to be difficult I'm afraid.

Ahhh!!! Sorry it took so long to post!!!

Name: Amy Greene

Age: 124 (died at 10)

Birthday: March 29, 1885

Death Day: January 13, 1896

What's on Their Grave Stone:
Taken from the world
At an age so unfair.
Our memories of you
Will always be there.

History: Amy died of pneumonia at the age of ten. She and her mother, father, and two brothers had just moved from their small village in Australia to America and had begun a new life when the disease hit her. She fought for just over a month, but lost shortly before her eleventh birthday. Her brothers were buried on both sides of her, but her parents moved back to Australia to live out the rest of their days once their sons were old enough to leave home and died there.

Personality: Amy loves to have fun and enjoy herself. While she would like to explore the outside world, she also is content in the confines of the cemetery. She likes to play with some other children in the graveyard and her brothers, even though one looks to be 26 and the other somewhere in his fifties. She didn't get the opportunity to meet very many people during her life, so they have always fascinated her and she aspires to meet one.

Ethnicity: Australian (that's an ethnicity, right? :D)

Appearance: Her sandy blonde hair is kept in a neat braid. A couple pieces of hair hang down in her face. She wears a plain white dress that goes to her knees and her skin is light in color. She has bright green eyes and is about four feet tall.

Other: She has a tiny sapphire pendant that she wears around her neck on a thin string. Her mother put it on her a couple days before her death and she loves it to pieces
Singing: It's more than my forte; it's my fortissimo
---

What's on Their Grave Stone (if they have one): May the lord guide you into eternal glory. Situated below it in the poor scrawl of a peasant reads Died for a lord he did not believe in.
History: He fought King Richard in the crusades as a mercenary. He believed that he was one of the greatest soldiers of all time.
Personality: He was a violent killer with a keen and developed cunning. Now however he is a lonely soul, forver separated from the thrill of the hunt and the feel of a well matched enemy brought low.
Ethnicity (can't be more than one of a kind): English
Appearance: A tall well built man, blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail, half plate armour and drags an ancient warhammer around.
Other: Often argues with Annette over which was better: Rome or the Crusades.
