Modern Icons, who do you aspire to be?

No more Marylin Manroe! Who do you aspire to be? Who do you wish you were more like?Who do you think is an icon? I wish my face looked more like Dita Von Teese's but there you go. I said FACE lol.

Isn't modern, but the classic cool. Humphrey Bogart, or James Dean.

There are no modern idols. I wish myself often into the world of the classics. Classic beauty, classic film, classic acting...but alas, it is not to be. There is no one that you know, whatsarasaid, to whom I aspire to be. Therefore, I aspire to be none but myself, as true to my own dreams and desires as I can possibly be.

My modern idol is the Prophet, President Gordon B. Hinckley.

But Christ will always be my #1 role model.

I don't really aim to be anyone famous... I reckon I can outdo 'em all.

Quite frankly, Dan, if you suddenly morphed into Humphrey Bogart, I would throw myself at your feet. Don't know what it is about him.

Modern idols? Wow, so many fine, upstanding people to choose from... Britney Spears, Brad Pitt, Clinton, Nelly... man, decisions, decisions.

Trite but true: Christ is my "idol."

Now who would I like to LOOK like? Anne Hathaway, Catherine Zeta-Jones, or Jennifer Connelly. All gorgeous dark-haired women. Ari don't do that blonde thing.

Classical: Grace Kelly.
Modern: Sandra Bullock.

Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Hurley and Rachel Weisz.

Let see who do I aspire to be?*gets into thinking position* I know pick me pick me. I aspire to be me. Actually no because saying that makes me seem egotistical and conceited. I aspire to be Che Guavara, but not so dead and 6 feet under. I also aspire to be Jack Kerouac because he is such a good writer.

Commie. ....just kidding. Kinda. Che Guevarra is kind of a good guy to idolize, if only for his ability to persuade the masses.

That is why. I also like how he saw the need for change and became that change meaning he took responsibilty and saw what was wrong.

I aspire to be no one else but only myself. I aspire to be me... and not pretend to be someone else.

Amy Lee for me...as a singer, I can only hope to be as good as her one day. And she has a lot of respect for herself, unlike a lot of female celebrities.
