All the Small Things

On my last photography post, I made up my own quotes, and I decided that I wanted to include quotes with all of my photography posts. Those were made up, but these are from songs. So, for the record, I did not write these.

I love the last picture the best. It is really cute. They are all really good.

The first picture, great.

The second picture, I don't get the poles. Otherwise, it's great, too.

The third picture? Let me tell you, you have to force your models to act natural. Our buddies are stiff little wax dummies, believe me. I've worked with humans before. Not easy. I don't know how I'm going to be able to tell you about this stuff since you're two years older than me, but I'll try.

Her hands are completely unnatural. Scratch that, they're completely natural. We're all stiff, clunky, clumsy fools when it comes to motion. But with pictures, you want people to be graceful and natural, not just natural. The head's great, the legs are great, but from the shoulders to the fingernails, it's all wrong. Maybe if her hands had been in her lap or something.

And this picture would've looked great sepia tone, or black and white. Yeah, black and white... ooo... here, my favorite photo editing program. It's free and safe, and a ton of fun. Mess around with these pictures. Show me what you got.

I love how you quote your photos; it gives them a fabulous touch.

I really like the first one. The pink/purple stands out well against the grass, but I have to say that the top's a bit over exposed due to sunlight, so it's a bit washed out.

And, oh, pretty lily! I'm so sad, my sister rolled over ours with her bike and now we're not going to have any this year, or if we do, they'll totally be late. I think we have one... or two. But, anyway, I love the vivid tones here. Pretty sweet shot.

Eep! The last picture is so so so cute. I don't think the hands are terribly unnatural like Texan said, because it looks like you're playing with the flower, so it's good. I love the vivid colors all around here. It's a gorgeous shot.

The first photo is really pretty. You definitely focused it well.
The second photo is a bit 'try hard'. The flower just doesn't look natural, I think its the bars.
The third photo is a bit 'fake'. She is a bit stiff and told to sit there. I think you focused too much on the rusty bar.
You have a great talent, and if you take these into account, you will improve my miles
