For one thing, it's way too big. Try resizing it down to maybe a quarter of what it is now, and crop off the empty space on the sides. As it stands, it's too large for me to easily figure out what I'm looking at.
The hands and foot are decent. The one hand in the background looks off though. I'm wondering why there's a lump on the back of it (it looks like it's supposed to be a fold of skin, but there shouldn't be a fold of skin there), and the transition from palm to base of the fingers is nonexistent. As a result, that hand looks too thick from the side.
I can't comment on the rest of the anatomy because I really can't see the figure all that well.
I noticed that your shading is a bit inconsistent. You have super dark darks, and those are fine, but then you leap to light grays in areas that should have fairly dark shadows, and that looks really strange.
Another thing I noticed was that the features of the face, namely the lips, were at the wrong angle. Even though the bottom lip is generally drawn as a concave curve, from the up-tilted angle, the curve of the lips would be more convex.
The hair has no highlights, but it looks nice, so complaints from me there. You also did a good job with rendering it.
Okay, so this is actually really really big. I won’t lie about that. Try using a program like tinypic.com next time you post your art. I did it myself so that people could get a better look at it, I hope that’s ok. If it isn't, feel free to yell at me all you like. You'd have good reason to. But next time, yeah, crop and shrink...it does wonders.
But this is really good, truly, it is. And I think that the reason I like is as well as I do is because of the fact that it reminds me of the Disney movie about Atlantis and the way the characters were drawn in the movie…with less blue. Not only that, but the line work in her legs is beautiful and I really like it. Too, her hair is just too cool and I love the fact that there isn’t a whole lot of visual in her face because this is so basic that having facial features would likely distract from the simplicity of her image. Awesome job all around.

Hey there!
It's been a long time since I've critiqued something, so I'll try to help ya out here.
I shan't put in too many praises in my review, because everyone else has already done that My apologies.
My favourite feature in your drawing: The hair. Love that flowy look.
Body Proportions:
1) The neck is off alignment with the shoulders, towards the woman's right.
2) Her head's slightly big for her body.
3) The shading does not give the impression that her hands are actually shorter than her legs. They look almost of the same length.
4) Her shoulder blade is unnaturally angled, and shouldn't disappear to her back.
5) Her right arm is drawn awkwardly, a bit like its slightly dislocated.
6) With that cleavage, her thing would actually peek out from her right arm. *cringes as she types that*
7) The back protrudes out a tad too much. It aligns with the start of the arm so she shouldn't be hunching that awkwardly, it takes out the grace of the pose. Either that, or her posterior/butt should stick out a bit more to look like she's leaning forward.
8 ) The legs need to be lengthened, or given the impression, through shading.
9) The foot should be longer, and the ankle bone less prominent.
10) The fingers of her left hand need to be longer, or shaded to seem longer.
Shading:
1) The shading of her right knee looks unnatural. The muscles and the knee bone don't look like they usually are.
2) The underside of her left thigh has too dramatic a tone, let it blend in with the rest of her thigh. Try not to give black-white contrasts on a body. Slowly introduce darker shades to the underside.
3) The shading of the chest area is unnatural, too generic. It should mould gently around her curves and planes of her body.
4) The shadow on the floor doesn't entirely correspond with the shadow her body should cast. Also, the shadows can have shades, darker at places where her body is closer to the floor.
5) Try and shade the body more, even if its just lightly, to distinguish it against the background, and show more of how the planes of the body vary. And in gentle contrasts, nothing too stark.
Like lilymoore, I appreciate the simplicity of the drawing. Just shades of black and white. No in depth definition of the body muscles, the precise shadings of every little plane (though it'd be nicer if you gave more definition to her curves and such). It's very elegant, like something you'd hang up in an art gallery
Okay, that's all I can spot for now. My sincerest apologies if I came across as harsh, but I'm just trying to be helpful. Hopefully I've been of use to you
Have a great day! ~Meep(:

It looks gothic; reminds me of The Grudge.
Her position is creepy. It would be nicer if you could see a part of her eye, make it blue or green. It would add more dimension and compliment the whole thing
This is really good. Any nitpicks I would pull on this have already been pointed out by Meep(:, but I would strongly back up adding a shadow for her. The drawing is shady as it is, but as we come to the ground, it's almost as if she's floating in air-- there's no shadow for her.
Might I ask, though, why did you add the blood splotches? I think it looks better without them-- the blood gives it a gory touch, almost as if the picture has to try too hard to be gory, haha.
At any rate, nice work on this, dear. Way better than I could ever attempt.

I like the shading on the knees - the way you've shown the muscle. But one problem is the leg we can see clearly, the one in front of the other, is far too thin and is curved awkwardly. The bend, curve, goes in too much. Arrrgh, I can't describe this!
Question: did you draw this from your imagination, or did you get someone to model a similar pose?

Your = Possession. Your shoes are so sweet! You're = Omission. You're quite strange...
If you are confused about which to put, simply say in your mind "you are" and see if that fits the sentence. If not, you are looking for your.
