Saw the link on TYWC chatwall. Emma was at TYWC?! Why don't I remember that?

Who me? Yeah, I was katseyes, but I wasn't on for a very long time. I came in January so I couldn't post any of my work. >.<

I found out about it because somebody flooded it on another forum about writing. Actually a sucky forum compared to this one.

Nate joined another writing site for a few days (weeks?) and I saw him and went to his site... the layout here was alot different then... and it was alot smaller...

That site was really unorganized. This is much more organized in relation to that one which had a really crappy lay out. This one is much better especially since you can choose the color of the board and how it appears. Although I never personally joined it, I did visit. What's really weird is that when I would try to post a story, it would say that they weren't taking any new submissions yet people were getting posted and it was current dates. (Even responding!) Unless, of course, they were just NOW getting posted...

Oh, and about how the board color is, someone should really make a topic asking, "How do you view YWS?" As in color, not community. Maybe I'll do that...:)

I like YWS because of its organization. I left another message board because every topic became a Randomness thread after a few days.

Ah, the good old days.

Heh, I remember that! The story was called something like the volper blade, or sword.

Yrael, could you send me the link of the site that got flooded with YWS links? I don't like it when that happens since it gives the site a bad rep.

I'm quite sure it was TYWC. I joined that day; then I discovered this forum, which was many times better and decided to join. And someone already posted the link up there.

I owe finding this site to Snoink and Shadow Knight really.

I searched for writing clubs, found TYWC, found Snoink, found Shadow, who one day declared he was leaving for a better site... Snoink later pointed out a link to that site, and here i am!

I voted "other" because it was a mix of "friends" and "word of mouth"

I found it on one of those side ads on writing.com, and I'm really glad I did. Writing.com is pretty cool and all, but this site has so much more of a community feel, and the layout on writing.com bugs the crud out of me.
