Hi! I'm time8keeper, but you can call me any variation of that you can think of

I'm 13 and I'm a girl. I've been attempting to write works of fantasy/sciences fiction since I was 11. I've been enjoying writing ever since. I'm not completely sure whether my writing is good or not so I'll be glad for any criticisms you can give! I'll try and give the most honest reviews/critiques I can!

So that's basically all I have to say for now!

Honest reviews are most welcome here. I hope you checked out the fantasy and sci fi literary forums, seeing as that's what interest you. Do you like to write poetry?
What genres do you prefer to read. Favourite writers? What about music? Tell us a bit more about yourself. This is your thread and you can ramble all you want.

Please check the FAQs, guides, and rules if you haven't already. It is important you know them. I'll just go through a two of the main rules.

1. No chat speak. cuz wer all riterz here n we dnt lyk 2 rite lyk tht. Pretty basic stuff. Try to keep your spelling and grammar in check as much as you can. Occasional mistakes or typos are fine, but just try your best.
2. We request that you review twice before posting a work of your own. So keep the ratio of reviews to posting your own work 2:1.

Let’s see, I’ll tell you about the colors!

See how mizz-iceberg’s name is in blue? That’s because she’s a greeter! Greeters, true to their name, greet newbies, like you! Other colors are:

Purple. Purple people are Instructors. They critic you work, to make it even better.

Dark Green: Moderators. They take care of the forums and keep YWS under control. If you have a problem, their the ones to tell.

Light Green: Junior Mods. Basically like little Mods. They take care of certain forums.

Red: Admins. Take care of YWS, and make sure it’s running smoothly.

Orange. Distinguished Members. These are people who have honorably quit being Moderators.

Also, rate your works. Any bad language, adult themes, need to be in their proper place, some people don’t accidentally stumble upon them.

So you write Science fiction? Cool. Are you working on a novel right now? What’s it about?

Tell us about your self! Why did you pick you name? What’s your favorite food? Color? Animal? Book? Why? Do you have any pets? We want to know!

For Yellow Stars:

For Blue Stars:

350 Reviews = 1 Blue Star, 4 Yellow Stars

Okay, so it is long past the time I should have posted more about myself! I have been gone for an obscenely large amount of time which I apologize for Big things have been happening! Well not really but we'll just go with that.

Where my name came from: My username came from my second attempt at a book that was science fiction/fantasy called The Hourglass. I am going to rewrite it eventually, as soon as I straighten out some details.

I love to read epic fantasy, fantasy, science fiction, fiction and some historical fiction. I'm not too picky. It really just depends on the authors writing style.

I like to write fantasy or science fiction. It lets me completely escape from the real world and make up a world that I would want to live in. My fantasy writing is mostly other worlds with mystical creatures but it can also be in this world about people with special abilities and stuff.

I really wish I had the power to control time or extreme stretchiness and flexibility but sadly I do not have either of those abilities. I have a pretty okay talent for writing and I'm good at acting and photography. I'm also into fashion designing and like to alter my clothes.

My favorite foods are: Pizza (seriously, who doesn't like pizza?), steak, Chinese food, carrots, apples, strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, kiwi, cucumbers, broccoli and lots of other stuff that I can't think of.

My favorite movie as of now is Stardust. I'm a total sucker for those romantic happy-ending movies. You will never get me to watch a horror movie though. *shudders*

I have 3 dogs: A Pomeranian, a West Highland terrier and a St. Bernard. I would really love a Great Dane but mother dearest says 3 dogs is enough

For some reason I love anything Chinese. I find they're culture amazing and really interesting. I'm in the process of finding a new teacher for Mandarin in which I hope to be fluent.

My favorite color is neon/lime green. My favorite animal is a toss-up between pandas and turtles.

I'm very... fashion forward if you will, so my sense of style is bold and funky. I don't fall into any stereo-type. I could wear all black one day and neon the next.

I like to write poetry but don't very often. I'm not particularly good at writing poetry. I also love drawing but I'm not particularly good at that either but I don't really care, I still try! My philosophy is that art is anything you've created. Art isn't about how straight your lines are or how realistic it looks, it's just about perspective, point of view, personality and so on.

Okay, I am now out of things to say! And woo, that was a long! So that's me in a nutshell

First off, kudos for the smiley face! Actually, I've wanted to use the word "Kudos" for a long time, and you just gave me an excuse. Yay! My name is Natasha, I'm also thirteen years old. I also like to write scifi and fantasy, and I just [b]adore[/b] romantic fiction. (Sorta) I agree with you on the topic of art, I want to bring up a topic on YWS, and I'm not sure if anyone else has said anything about it yet. Its called NaNoWriMo, which may of seem around the forums. It means [b]National November Writing Month[/b], which is basically when you try to write a novel in one month. Hmmm, not particularly... I try to write songs sometimes but I'm really not good at that So usually I just stick to Sci-fi and Fantasy My favorite ice cream flavors are strawberry and cookie dough

Yayyy! Thank you! Kudos is such an awesome word! But I never get a chance to use it Oh well III do too! I'm a total sucker for all that romantic junk I tried to NaNoWriMo last year. I failed horribly The problem is that I get writer's block ALL the time. Very annoying I'm not sure if I'll try again though...
